She smells so sweet and citrusy it makes my mouth water whenever I check her, I think she’s not got long to go, every bud is nice and big by my standards grown with no issues throughout just in flush now to get ready for harvest time. Patience is key

last week only feeding water trichomes level is low but plant looks healthy and strong loving the smell coming off her waiting to harvest

Day 49 - lookin good..... been bending her, trimmin abit, messin with the water solution..... ph and ppm have been all over the place..... lol she's been transitioning from grow to flower, and once she settles into night mode, the solution and growing should stabilize...... the new fan is cool... tents working properly now, neg pressure, drawing in air behind the floor fan, blown around the bottom, and cpu extractor fan pushing the air out the top of the tent, straight into the filter..... really nice way to run a little tent, low airflow........ keeps the impurities out of the buds..... the stalks have all tuffened up since trimmin, and pretty strong now.... should hold the full weight that's about to occur all over the place...... i've simplified the nutrients, they were gettin alittle confusing, so started doin nuets differently, .... so, just making my own nuet solutions, nothing fancy just base amount of normal elements .... should be a pretty good christmas ...... the 9th week. it's slowly starting to smell. but it's a really faint odour. the trichomes are starting to turn milky and the pistils are changing colour. i think it will be ready for harvesting in 1 to 2 weeks. it still looks very healthy. i hope the next few weeks will be really sunny again. unfortunately it's very changeable weather at the moment

Very little to work around those beauties. The smell is so delicious already. They smells like sweet berries. Buds are loaded with trichomes, very sticky and hard as rocks especially on Athena. Trichomes are mainly clear and some parts milky. Absolutely love power of LST and how it worked on this strain. If you won't look under net it's almost impossible to see which cola belongs to main stem. Week 11 Dec 25 - Dec 31 Dec 25-26 Joyful observation Dec 27 Selective defoliation and First watering for this week. Nutes adjusted, almost 8ltr between both. Runoffs PH on both at 6.2. I am finding this PH level for this strain as perfect. Girls are looking super healthy and drinking they mixture like crazy. Dec 28-30 All is going smoothly. I can see more and more weight each day. Dec 31 Secomd watering foe this week. 8 ltr beetwen both. It's the last day of this week and also end of 2023!! Pretty stoked where she decided to pop out. Gives me a little LST room. Gonna play it by ear with that constricted root space before I try anything drastic. 😅 Just keeping her humid and watered with 6.8ph + a tiny bit of root hormone. Welcome to Week 1 of the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL Autoflowering grow courtesy of the fine folks at Sweet Seeds! This is the second of three consecutive grows/diaries that I am doing to showcase the tried and tested genetics from this reputable seed breeder. My last grow was a smashing success so I have high hopes for this grow as well. Nothing much to report for Week #1 although I will mention that the first watering was only 0.7 of a litre per plant (0.18 of a litre per plant per day) and the second was 1.4 litres per plant (0.35 of a litre per plant per day). I am watering on my usual schedule of every fourth day as this seems to be the sweet spot throughout past grows. I am using the usual- air bubbled tap water that is PH’d to around 6.0 and if need be (over the winter months in Canada) warmed to 68-70 degrees prior to hand watering with a small watering can. The seedling that lost one of it’s cotyledon leaves is fine but still a little smaller than her sisters. So now on to Mom’s tip of the week… Mom’s Tip for Week #1 is- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR- QUALITY IS KEY!… When considering growing Cannabis, even on a small scale, quality is an important factor in all aspects from the seeds to set up to the supplies used throughout the grow. Starting with seeds from a established breeder will raise the odds considerably in your favour for a successful outcome. Many seed companies are more than willing to ship out freebies while building up their brands which seems attractive to new growers- but use at your own risk! There’s nothing worse than being halfway through a grow and discovering male flowers tucked in amongst the lowest branches or realizing that your beautiful buds have been mysteriously pollinated just weeks before harvest. I know that seeds from a reputable seed breeder are usually more expensive and can be hard to access in certain parts of the world. But purchasing quality seeds from a reputable seed company is the first step towards homegrown Cannabis success. An area that new growers often overlook due to the high price is the quality of crucial components in their set up- including tent, lights, and intake/exhaust fans. Anyone can get away with cheaper pots, oscillating corner fans, water pumps for dechlorination, etc but it’s worth every penny investing into the workhorses of your entire operation. An initial investment of around two thousand dollars will provide serious growers with the longevity and hassle free basics needed. If done right, quality components will pay for themselves within the first 6-12 months of use and continue to serve your needs for 3-5 years to come. Supplies used throughout the grow are the final area where quality is important but somewhat subjective too. Although I’ve already stated that I don’t feel the need to spend big dollars on all the extras (pots, oscillating fans, water pumps for dechlorination, PH/moisture meters, etc- I do believe in doing my homework to make sure that I’m getting the best bang for my buck. I thoroughly research every item purchased and used in my grows by reading customer reviews, speaking with other growers and sometimes even trial and error at my own expense. Making quality an important factor in all aspects of Cannabis cultivation will benefit you, your grows and the planet we live on. 🌳🌎🌳

Just about ready for harvest. Middle of this week will be 9 weeks of flower. I think they still need just a few more days. I had a chance to sample some nuggage I've trimmed in the past week or two and it's really got my excitement through the roof Happy with the way they look overall. Buds could be a bit bigger but can't really complain for my first grow. Have had issues with humidity and temp all winter. Apartment is too drafty for hvac to keep up. Not to mention the issue with the power loss a few weeks ago. Really just happy that it worked lol... looking forward to spring / summer If I'm being completely honest, the tent smells like literal dogshit when I unzip it. But if i rub a sugar leaf between two fingers it smells like DANK. Very strong piney smell which I'm pleased with lol. The smell has emanated from the tent the past two weeks or so. Carbon filter has had trouble the scent is kind of overpowering Can't keep my eyes off plant C; literally dripping in trichomes. It might be the smallest but it's the prettiest for sure. Check out the video. Plant D has the most bud mass. Over the past few weeks I've been trimming away some of the lower bud sites and fan leaves along with some of the dying fan leaves. This is plants second week without nutes so as expected leaves are starting to turn darker in color. Likely will cut out water for a couple days right before cutting

Ok on flower day 65 i did a prechop of sticky smelly Buds. This is the Rest for Ripening. 04.10. Its boring to wait. Just added some water. Aphid shit on my buds (i wash), Or using insectoxids. Now you know why i can not use Insecticide. Another part chop. On day 71

22 to 28 D23 Noticed a huge growth spurt between yesterday and today. I guess that bottom feed really made the roots go wild. Will transplant into the autopots at the end of the week. I am not going to use the 7gallon pots anymore, it's way too much coco. I am moving down to 3.7gal pots which will be easier for the roots to reach the bottom and give me better growth. 720ppm @ 5.8 full veg this week bottom feed. They l-o-v-e it. I already see the benefits to growing photos. So much less stressful and guarantees a full tent. I wish I tried it sooner! D24 Feed 700ppm Removed a couple big fans from each plant D26 LST and defol Moved lights closer. 18" @ 160w

Week 21 Daylight 12h20 - 7h45/20h05 Unstable weather, alternating heavy rain and wind quasi every days and sunny afternoons. Moderate temperatures around 14°C min / 23°C max. Plants are safe in the veranda; the sun is lower on the horizon now and the angle of the light is now perfect for a good finish. I need to test the humidity level in the room but it seems reasonable. No signs of diseases or moisture. Last weeks were hard with multiple aggressions: plants are like War Veterans with some damage and scars. The flowering process look not affected by this episode and harvest is approaching. Brake Pad Breath: almost ready. Pistils are rusty colored, buds are thick and dense, firm and sticky. Subtle fruity aroma: tonic and stimulating. Most advanced plant: will be the first harvested soon. 2L watering / 2 days flowering booster finish + water flawless finish + water Flash Back #2: ending the flowering cycle and starting maturation. Last plant infested by insects, may be the plant is reacting by accelerating the flowering: buds are not so dense compare with the previous plant. Pretty spicy smell and good resin production. flowering booster finish + water flawless finish + water GMO x Zombie Kush: starting the last flowering stage. Recovering good and was less injured by caterpillar than the others. Pistils are long and the flowers will enlarge soon: need almost 3 or 4 weeks to be ready. Grower master flo + bud XL enzyme + pk 13/14 Royal Moby is tall and late flowering but seems producing lot of flower.
