It's seems that Athena finally stopped her stretch and hoping that Xena will follow her sister very soon. Buds are gaining weight and size rapidly. Lots of nice colours and tonnes of trichomes on those buds already. Week 10 Dec 18-24 Dec 18-19 Mainly observation. Xena is still stretching like crazy. both girls are developing beautifully. Dec 20 First watering for this week. 7.5 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH's Athena 6.2 Xena 6.3. Dec 21 Due to lack of light at lower parts of conopy decided for another selective defoliation, lowered a bit tallest branches with colas dangerously close to light by tieing them to netting. Couple cm will make a huge difference here. Could not clear well at the back wall of the cabinet due to limited access.I'm very happy with final result. Dec 22-23 Joyful observation of my 🍌💜👊girls development 🧑‍🌾 Dec 24 All is looking great. It's seems that stretch is finally stopped. Girls looking healthy and happy. Hello friends. I've not done anything really to her this week. She asked for nothing really.. maybe the odd bedtime story but otherwise she is just resting and recovering from last week's toppings. She has pushed new growth that has supposed me. I need to cut off the next set of nodes but I think I may wait a few days and do the final topping all in one hit. I can't get her into flowering room for another 6-8 weeks so I have some good time to shape her into a sixteen cola mega beast..(I hope). If I do the copy chop cho later this week ishall update some pics of the torture.. ...update..... Did the final topping for 16. She has some interesting variations in growth rates at each node.. I think all the twisting has an effect on how the next node grows. I think I see a way by twisting the branch through a full rotation between nodes you can affect how the next branch set grows... It's just an observation ATM but I will maybe experiment with another plant to test this. She seems okay after the torture. Chopped on day 133 - trichomes look swollen and ready - leaves faded out. Cut this according to the biodynamic moon gardening calendar and the dates did seem to align with the plant aromatics being more noticeable. Very excited to do the smoke report on this one - focusing on 60% humidity @ 60 degrees for 21 days to retain terpenes and quality.

Hey Growmies~ This run's starting with a 70% coco and 30% perlite mix in a reduced 1-gallon fabric pot, with no pre-mixed dry nutrients. I'm testing a few things this time: 1. Can autos thrive in a solo cup-sized fabric pot without stress? 2. Is it possible to reach harvest without bi-weekly top dressing of dry nutrients? 3. Skipping Cal/Mag—will it still work? For nutrients, here’s the plan: - Bi-weekly: Great White (until flowering) - Bi-weekly: Home-cultivated microbe solution (alternating with Great White) - Every feeding: Homemade liquefied dry nutrients (I'll document the process soon) What I’m aiming for: - A super simple KNF-style organic grow - A 100 to 1,000x reduction in dry nutrient usage - Consistent, quality harvests This is my perpetual medicinal plant harvest, and I’m just hoping everything stays on track! week two flower everything looks healthy :D today i defoliated them i watered them with 1.5l every 48h the light i use was set to 80% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops

They're coming along really quickly they're on week 2, the custom strain I have in here I crossed the sherb tree from the plug with EL chapo and this plant looks amazing and smells like cherry refreshers platinum Z is also looking very nice with a lovely sweet watermelon with a hint of diesel and they really do stink even though they are weak 2 getting excited already haha, they all look very good so far,, I did have 25 but a few of them looked quite sick and a few abnormalities and they really didn't like the feed I was given them so the one's got eliminated and I am now left with 15 of the ones I like, this small room is just for my testers before putting them in main room, the LED that is running is lumatek zeus 600 pro, this is my first try with LEDs I've always been HPS but I'm definitely turning my head towards them as these ones are shooting up and look very healthy, once this run is done if I feel that it comes out better with LED I will swap out all 6 lights in the main room and replace them with 4 LEDs, I have some sherb tree x meringue from Dutch passion, running concurrent I will try and get another diary going with them they are awesome. That was the most difficult week. It was very cold and rainy, the humidity of the air reached 90% at most, but without sequels, thank God. On day 63, I defoliated and she is strong, fat and definitely smells like cheese.

What a week it’s been so hot it’s been hard for the ac to keep up with the heat along with the heat the grow tents produce. Now with the big flower tent harvested the ac should be happy with me todo.

Day one of Early Veg For these Hydroponic systems. . . . The water pump for the aeroponic system was blocked from running. . . We adjusted some materials for the system to work more effectively. . . . Due to the water pump running without a chiller, the water temp was at 33C which is much too high. . . . We set the pump on a timer that will turn on for 15 minutes every hour. . . . We also turned on the AC to cool down the room. . . . Hopefully with all of this, the aeroponic system will be running with little to no problems . .

Day 82 - 12/12/19 So harvest is here and what a journey this has been :) This plant took much longer than the others but paid off at the end with huge colas! Wet weigh was around 400g so im expecting about 60g from this once dried :) Has a slight fruity/spicy taste to it. i wont be able to honestly tell until fully dried and cured though :) Big thanks to RQS for thier amazing genetics and a big thanks to all who helped out along the way! Il update the dry weight when dried and the bud report all throughout curing :) Day 85 - 16/12/19 All buds have been dried and damn it really filled up this 68g jar! i got 64g dry weight of prime buds probably another 10g of popcorn buds that i threw in with the trim. coming into heavy flowering i expected an ounce, after i started adding calmag and pk13/14 the buds exploded. and my expectations raised to about 45g. for it to be 64g at harvest from a 43cm tall plant thats something. A few experienced growers reckoned the high yield was because of polyploidy which i believe is a genetic mutation. i looked it up and i cant say if this is what happened or not. The bud has been dried fully and slower than last time, ive tried to have airflow somewhat around the buds but not too close to avoid drying too quick. Ive only been curing for a day but its so smooth already. ive never tried anything like lowryder which is the makeup of this strain so il have to honestly rate it once cured for a week or so :) but until then i will say its been getting me quite stoned and couchlocked. i definitely harvested near the end of the harvest window. il add a final update once cured for a week so u guys know what this strain is like as a final product. Day 89 - 19/12/19 Ive cured for around a week and ive been smoking the buds and watching christmas movies alot! :'D The curing has developed a nice hit on the throat and more flavour along with burning better in joints and bongs :) ive smoked some exotic strains but i honestly feel this is among the best grown smoke ive had. it just feels so well grown with a smooth burn! i definitely harvested on the later side of the harvest window as buds have mostly amber pistils and smoking them gets me pretty stoned and sleepy! this is great as i have trouble sleeping and relaxing. i havent had this much sleep in a while. while i would say this is fairly average bud i still would rate it a solid 7, sure it might not have a strong exotic smell or flavour but it gets the job done well! and the high yield really impressed me. considering i need to be growing enough to stay medicated the 64g dry weight really made my day! Its very relaxing to know you dont have to struggle to get your medicine! I added a few photos of the best buds in the jar and im really impressed with myself for growing some fat buds! Have a good christmas folks and hope you enjoyed the diary, im gonna add it in to the newbie christmas draw so keep an eye out for it on there :) Finally i added a video of the little cayenne pepper plant featured in week 4 of this diary, its 78 days old now and is growing nice green waxy peppers :) I cant wait to makesome chilli flakes and some soup to keep me warm over the winter as soon as the peppers ripen!
