Hey now, hope everyone is having a great week. The Glueberry OG is still hanging in there, she is only 10 inches by week 5, but she appears to be fairly healthy. I did some LST this week, mainly readjusting the uppermost mains to try and allow the lowers to catch up. I did go out of the state for a few days and when I got back the PH in my reservoir was at 7.1 which is way too high. I miscalculated how much it would rise while I was gone, I should have had someone swing by and check it, but i will next time. Fortunately it doesn't appear to have affected this Glueberry OG as all her leaves are still lime green. It did affect the Strawberry Banana from Fastbuds slightly, as the lower leaves have a couple rust spots but nothing major. Fortunately the two youngest plants were not even hooked up to the reservoir yet. I am still very pleased with this Medic Grow light, as I still have her on the V1 Spectrum at 60% now and she is keeping the plants short and bushy. I believe this Glueberry OG is about to start stretching maybe this week or next at the latest. I will do my best to limit her height as much as possible, as this light is way too powerful to have her colas getting any closer than 10-12 inches at most. Not much left to do with this Glueberry OG except continue some minor LST to keep her level, and determine when to switch to flower nutrients. I see many growers switch to flower nutrients as soon as they see pre-flowers, pistils, etc, but I disagree with this method. I continue feeding veg nutrients until I see my lady stop growing vertically. The reason is if you cut off the nitrogen too early she will stop stretching and just produce flowers, so the length of her colas will be GREATLY reduced. If I am running out of vertical space during the stretch, I will make the switch a little early. Arranca la semana con una solución más cargada y las plantas atadas al limite. No puedo imaginar lo que deben ser las raíces. Pero hasta ahora la solución está siempre limpia. Los EMRO están funcionando a la perfección. Espero que empiecen a formarse bien las flores. Día 17. Empezó el engorde. El estirón frenó. Ahora voy a esperar que las flores empiecen a tomar forma para luego hacer una defoliación y el último guiado, y así dejar todas las flores con una exposición a la luz de forma pareja. Estoy bastante contento y satisfecho con lo que vengo observando. Día 20. Hice una defoliación de las hojas superiores. Cómo solamente tengo hasta 3 nudos debajo de la cabeza con flores, saqué las hojas grandes de arriba que hacían sombra a las flores bajas. De esa forma las flores de arriba desarrollan un poco más las hojas pegadas a las flores, pero no tanto como para hacer gran sombra. Y las flores del 3er nudo, se siguen alimentando de las hojas grandes que dejé. Este corte lo hice hace años en un SCROG de critical mass, y obtuve muy buenos resultados. Ahora a esperar el tan preciado engorde. Día 21. Las flores ya empiezan a ganar volumen camino a su formación. Se las ve cambiando día a día. Por el momento sólo puedo agradecer que no ha habido inconvenientes. La solución se mantiene increíblemente limpia, siendo que por el volumen y amontonamiento de raíces que debe haber en los caños, debería haber aunque sea algo. Pero las EMRO vienen haciendo su trabajo bastante bien, así que fue una excelente inversión, y bastante accesible en precio. Mañana arranca la 4ta semana. Espero que sea una semana de grandes avances.

8/23 Fed 2 gallons of nutes to the garden. I'm planning to increase feeding to three gallons as plants look hungry. Ice cream cake isn't as vibrant as it once was. Still losing leaves but I find that is consistent with others in my area according to the local growers page. The hurricane missed us but the rain and humidity are still a problem. It's not raining (plants were soaked so it rained last night) and rh is still 100%. It's outdoor so what can I do? What I NEED to do is spray BT and something to combat PM. Plants are flowering nicely. It's good to actually have some flowers to look at. The smell is great too. 8/24 Didn't water as it rained last night. Defoliated what was dead. Fog was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Everything is in flower. The little ice cream cake flowers don't look like they like this rain. I don't blame them. I don't remember the last time it didn't rain at night. I noticed more damage on plants or maybe old damage. Either way bud shoots are gone on a few lower limbs. I can't pull up my bags as the are firmly rooted. I checked under the five gallon buckets (which were also somehow firmly rooted) and found a shit ton of earwigs underneath. I killed what I could. I tried spraying a bug with dawn but it didn't kill it or at least didn't kill it right off. I stomped on them and tore open the earth. Logic dictates they are probably under the grow bags as well. I'm going to try Spinosid tonight. I'll look up some other methods as well. If anybody has advice please hit me up. UPDATE: Went back down at 6. Super sunny and humid today. Temp was 92 with humidity about 90%. I couldn't spray. I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Found four more moth leaves on the sick isolated plant. They must like the injured ones better. 8/25 Watered and defoliated what needed it. Buds are growing rapidly. Took pictures but have been unable to upload due to slow internet connection. Hopefully the weather will allow me to spray tonight. 8/26 Watered heavy as it's been in the 90s. Couldn't spray as it was to hot last night. Buds are tightening up. Ran out of LCPT so I need to find an alternative. Now that plants are flowering it's easier to see the damage from the earwigs. No buds where they should have been on some low branches. Not many and hopefully the few that got lollipoped will focus growth on the top. I hope I'm able to make it down late tonight to work. I was worried about my plants flowering late but that might be a blessing in disguise. I've seen lots of people losing plants to bud rot. Thanks for stopping by and please leave any thoughts or advice in the comments. 8/27 UPPED MY FEEDING REGIMEN TO THREE GALLONS AND USED TWO TBSP TIGER BLOOM IN PLACE OF KOOL BLOOM AND USED A WHOLE TBSP KELP FOR THE HEAT. This heat is killing me. Yesterday was over 95f with rh in the 90s. My medication makes the heat harder to bare. Defoliated what needed it. I'm in town looking for a fungicide. Planned to use apple cider vinegar this morning but of course I couldn't find it. Buds still rapidly forming. I'll update later. I picked up potassium bicarbonate and citric acid and have the recipe and ingredients for both diy green cleaner and green cure. Once the sun starts going down I'm going to use the potassium bicarbonate recipe. Bought a bunch of potassium bicarbonate and citric acid. I am now able to make diy versions of both green and green cleaner. I mixed 1tbsp potassium bicarbonate with 1/4 teaspoon dawn and sprayed two gallons on the plants last night. Leaves were yellowing more and traveling upward on the blueberry. Bleeding like nitrogen deficiency. I'll monitor. If plants don't improve I'll need to do a flush and an application of Spinosid. Wanted to take pics but the phone died. 8/28 Thoroughly watered today. I also had to defoliate a ton of yellow leaves on my blueberry's. I'm hoping it's not nutrient lockout. I still have three issues that could be my problem 1) the WPM 2) PISSIBLY ph fluctuation or worse w lockout and 3) earwig or inch 🐛/ moth larvae causing damage. I'm coming out of my funk so hopefully I can fix these issues. Smell is amazing and the buds are really starting to develop. They looked bigger in the evening than they did in the morning. It was over 90° f yesterday and I woke up to 50 this morning. I'm sure these big temp swings don't help much. 8/30 Rained last night but I watered slightly as there wasn't much rain. ADDED TWO MORE I.R. CAMERA'S last night. I feel more secure as the area is also protected with motion sensors and a whole bunch of other stuff I'm not going to mention. Anything bigger than a porcupine and things get bright and loud and signals get sent, roads blocked ECT. Not my first rodeo deep in the Maine woods. The grow will not be left alone and hadn't been for a few weeks. Anyway I lifted a 5 gallon bucket and found more earwigs. It jives with some of the damage I've been seeing. I'm thinking of spraying spinosid instead of BT tonight. At least the buds are starting to fill in. They don't seem to bother those as much. They did bite off a bunch of grow shoots though. Either way I have a few issues to deal with. As long as the weather stays alright until October I should be fine. My ice cream cake is barely flowering and it's HUGE. I have another seed that's in a similar state. Others are further along. We shall see how things go. The little ones could be transported inside at night if necessary.

4 week Cure

Week 14 Day 92 | 21/07/2022: I think these girls are ready! But I will still wait until the end of the week to cut them down together with the other two. Although I am thinking of cutting down one of two stems to start drying some early.. I'll see Day 93 | 22/07/2022: No time today Day 94 | 23/07/2022: Watered the girls today with just 1.5L of water. The temperatures have dropped thankfully so it's not too hot for them now. I've also decided to cut down one stem from Jackie to start drying it early. Since we're gonna be moving I wanted a little bit to dry beforehand. Day 95 | 24/07/2022: The girls definitely look like they need to be harvested right now. Just a few days left! Day 96 | 25/07/2022: The leaves have gone purple! I think that's because they are way over-ripe ;D Although I must say the buds are more on the smaller side... Also I decided not to water them anymore so they can dry up a bit before harvest in 3 days! Day 97 | 26/07/2022: Day 98 | 27/07/2022: Day 99 | 28/07/2022: Today was the big day! (for the girls and for myself) So the only thing I did was tidied up the foliage by removing all the fan leaves, cutting the girls at the base and handing them in the tent. I find that the remaining leaves really help keep the moisture at a higher level and they tend to smell less like hay. I will be leaving the girls to dry for about 10 days, and then I always put them into glass jars to cure! I would have ideally harvested these girls earlier but maybe this will make it a super strong smoke. Can't wait to smoke (vape) them!

This week I have stepped up the pk13/14 , to produce the pistols quicker

Up to now they looking pretty good and strong, even tho some of the plants are not as dense and is maybe a bit late to date with the other ones. Ill have to give them another 1 or 2 other weeks until harvest. The trichromes look preety good even tho.in the picture dosent show well. They starting to consume less water and the leaf colour is starting to fade slightly .

Esa familia, finalizamos la 3 semana de floración la verdad que poco cambios en la flor, en verdad odio la autoflorecientes en indoor, me parece que son mejor opción os un Exterior o un balcón pero, ante todo os tengo que mostrar la experiencia con autos también y que mejor genética que la misty gorilla autofloreciente de Zambezaseeds. Y es que entre la variedad y la alimentación que estamos aportando, gracias a AgroBeta están respondiendo bastante bien, en las próximas semanas imagino que empezaré a notar diferencias ya. Ph regulado en 6.2 temperatura entorno a los 26.5 grados y la humedad está en 50%. Sufro de una pequeña placa de mosca del sustrato, a estas alturas poco afectará pero vaya, que sepan que con el calor del verano pues también sufrí algún problema respecto a esto anterior. Me despido entre buenos humos, hasta la próxima semana.

July 9th - fish poop applied for breakfast - with all the rain, i applied Kelp Meal to the surface area - fed 2 gallons of Nutes/water -Weather can do what it wants now June 10th, - looking at the leaf formations on the end of the Branches, and I’m sure there will be Pistiles showing in about a week. The bud sites are starting to take shape and cluster. I’ll grab some shots in 4 days and see where its going - foliar spray for breakfast, thats a good feeding in the last 24 hrs - next meal posted above - 2 weeks past the Solstice, the plants will start moving into Flower very shortly, if not already. Days are Shorter, lets grow some Buds July 11th, - another whole day of Rain, so 1-2” (~ 1.5 gal) of Compost was added to the entire Soil surface. A first for me, thats for sure… all in the name of the science in the soil - before adding compost, I stood on the tomato cage, to fully re-sink it into the ground; top rim is 29” legit July 13th - foliar spray in the late afternoon - plant is becoming a Bush - yep, in a moment of weakness lol, I took a few leaves off, clones were gone, had to make it right… call it LST - you can see the branches are making use of the Cage, for support of the lower Topped branches.

Comenzamos la 2° semana con un riego de enrraizador Deeper Underground (Top Crop) añadiendo 1ml/l en el agua con pH6 donde la dejamos reposar durante 1 día con una bomba de agua para eliminar cloro e impurezas. Día 9: La planta ya tiene 4cm y sigue creciendo sin problemas y ninguna señal negativa. Tanto la temperatura como la humedad la seguimos teniendo en valores óptimos. Día 12: Hoy tocó riego con agua limpia, sin nurientes con pH6, 200PPM y 30°C.

Que pasa familia, perdonar por la tardanza pero aquí estamos de nuevo y es que traemos la 6 semana de floración de nuestras gorillas. No veas que aroma que empiezan a desprender , es increíble. Son plantas con forma indica y follaje sativa, floración rápida unas semanas más y ya están listas para cortar. Ph controlado, 7 semana prepárate lavado raíces y solo agua, que lo agradecerán.

Week 8 of flower 9/27/24 Stopped giving T.A. FinalPart after a week because plant showed sings of nutrient burn. Started watering with only water to leech out nutrients from the media to get the plant to cannibalize itself. Hand watering ones a day at the beginning of the light schedule. You can see in the video, one of the colas and the area near it got heavily burned from excessive nutrient salts in the media, I attribute it to the 3 days I watered the plant without runoff in mid flower. A couple more days and it is time to chop :)

Day 60 Day 25 Flower Showing nice growth still, seeing her stretch now. Healthy looking little one 😁 I'd be happy to see this Terp treez to the end seeing as I had 3 fails. Feeding to tonight 23/04/24 will update pictures after. Day 62 Day 27 Flower - was showing signs of early drying out, and lighter lower leaves so I have done a heavy feed today. 10% run off roughly. She's very happy and healthy, and showing lovely colour potential already in the hues of the leaves. 😍
