Siempre prefiero hacer el lavado de raiz solo aplicando agua en las últimas 2 semanas, pero esta vez lo hice aplicando el finalizador y luego los últimos riegos con agua purificada. La verdad es que estoy contento con los resultados de esta nena, que es hermosa por cierto, desprende olores ácidos, cítricos, dulces. Los colores son hermosos y las flores están rebosantes de tricomas, lo que la vuelve muy vistosa. Es todo por ahora, estaré manteniendoles informados en estos últimos días. Buenos humos! 👽

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Just started this one off... Not much to say so far. This is a coco grow. I started off with an amended Coco using Gaia Green 4-4-4 and power bloom 2-8-4.

The smells on these autos is just insane! Great terps, decent yield for an auto and should have been better but I screwed up the DWC in the transition weeks/- hard with multiple autos in one dwc bucket

Die erste Woche der Blüte ist gut verlaufen, und die Pflanze hat sich sehr schnell entwickelt. Bald werden die ersten Blütenstempel zu sehen sein. Zusätzlich habe ich ein neues Licht, das Sanlight Evo 3-60, in das Zelt gehängt. Die Pflanze reagiert positiv auf die neuen Lichtverhältnisse, und ich bin gespannt darauf, wie sie sich weiterentwickeln wird.

Not much to report this week, the trichomes are still milky. My feeling is that it will take another 2-3 weeks until they are ready to harvest. Until then, I will continue with the fertilizer scheme. The smell of both strains is very pleasantly fruity (citrus) and I continue to monitor the VPD value and temperatures. This time there are no pictures and only videos they show better the development, in the time lapse you can still see a growth in the flowers, slow but there is still growth.

It was a good week for Night Nurse👍 Now that they're in the ground they're doing much better and putting out more growth. The one on the end could have better color, since her new growth is a bit yellow. I gave her an extra feeding last night after I transplanted some Calendula into the bed since it's a good pest repelling companion. We're getting some much needed rain today🙏 Otherwise there's not much else to report! Update 6/26- I totally forgot to add that on Monday the garden got a spraying of horn manure. Horn manure is a biodynamic preparation of cow manure that's been fermented in a buried horn. This results in a material that's teeming with beneficial flora and fauna for the soil. Ideally it would be sprayed prior to planting in the spring as it encourages healthy root growth. I purchased the pre-potenized so that I only had to spend 20 mins stirring rather than an entire hour. That would have been brutal😵 I sprayed it at night when the earth is breathing in and used a spruce bough to sprinkle it over the plants in the garden. The extra icing on the cake was that there was a rain the day before, and another the day after I sprayed so it was well watered in.

6/16 Fed today. Left out the microbe and kangaroots due to time. I'm adding the kelp me kelp you as well but it was a rush this morning. Didn't get spinosid applied last night. I found a spittle bug in it's bubbles and killed the nymph. I noticed random little munch's so that makes me think the spinosid is a good idea. Plants seem very happy. 6/17 Transplanted the rooted cuttings of 9lb kush and NYC Skunk Ape into a gallon of happy frog. From there they'll go in either a five gallon bucket, 10 gallon bag or right in the bag. Considering how late it is I think the two ten gallon grow bags would be perfect. The two Black Widow/GSC seeds kinda dried out but got transplanted to two red solo cups of happy frog. It will be interesting to see which strains do well in this harsh climate. Didn't get the spinosid sprayed and I'm unsure of I will tonight. Looks like rain. I'd rather apply when sky is clear. I love being able to do this. Every morning I start my day off right. Great boost to mental health! Internet is fucking up so I'm having difficulty loading pictures. Rrrrr 6/20 Took a bunch of pictures but forgot to add them and my internet connection is to slow to upload right now. I haven't had to water this crop only a couple times this year. Temperature shot down to 45 last night. I noticed some more WPM on the interior of some of the GDPs. Also leaf hopper damage and random munches from other bugs. I did some interior defoliation and spot treated with k bicarb and dawn. I'll attempt to upload pictures again. Black widow/GSC has germinated. 6/21 Watered the girls with the hose. Was super pressed for time so I couldn't pH the water. The hose looks like it's about 6.5 but I know it's a little more alkaline. Oh well it's what I've always used. I should've fed but again...crisis. girls look wonderful. I took a bunch of great photos but I used the app to take them and the didn't upload. On the plus side I got some older ones up. I haven't spent nearly the amount of time I usually do on my garden. However I will say the k bicarb has been stellar. Even using it as spot treatment. 6/22 FED 3 gallons today. Kept the same schedule but added a 1/4 tsp microbe brew and a 1/4 tsp kangaroots. Didn't have the kelp with me so I left it out. PM seems to be controlled pretty well. A few interior leaves were defoliated but overall things look great. Especially considering the 35-40 degree temperature swing we've been seeing. I don't really see any insect damage. I'll wait until the temps settle before I do a foliar spray.

(Ignore the plant tag - I found out this week from the person who gave me the clone that I had heard completely wrong) She is growing so fast now. I topped and tied down the main stems that were out-growing the lower branches as an experiment but also defoliated the leaves covering any under canopy nodes that could be of potential to catch up. I also turned on the Autopot system this week. The airdomes have been running 18/6 since week 2.
