Mild smell (dominant weed but slight hayish) I love it.😂 It tastes really light and soft. Buds are fluffy not really compact. Im high though. It works :) Vaped at 195 °C. The rest will stay in the tent for a little longer (Snap time). Harvest wont be more than 5-10g but I'm fine with that. Just the fact they survived is a success. What a journey. Murphy at its best 🙈😂Hopefully weather will become more dry. Drying Tent is standing outside under a roof and humidity is too high at the moment. Found no mold or strange smell. But now, the stakes are higher as we transition to flushing our ladies. With rain on the horizon, the threat of bud rot looms large, adding an element of suspense to our cultivation adventure. Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. MAY 20TH - TODAY is the first day the plants wake up from their 18/6 cycle down from 2 weeks at 20/4. They got their first SCHWAZZE and shaping at this stage getting them ready to grow into the beautiful sea of green each of these beds are to become. The uniformity of the clones reminds me how much of this has become muscle memory to me, From doing thousands of plants per grow this has become second nature for me. The ladies are 100% organic at this point and our feed I am considering releasing it for anybody who is interested as a way to fund raise at the same time ! La tenda continua a crescere sotto questa SF2000 che spinge al 80% da oggi e ho abbassato a 15 ore di luce al giorno in modo da farle abituare piano piano, le più grandi hanno delle carenze e oltre a quelle spero non sia un fungo Fasarium perché le foglie più basse sono gialle con bruciature e secche quindi mi viene da pensare più a quello visto che ultima non avevo fatto asciugare benissimo e avevo meno ricircolo di aria perché uso più il deumidificatore e meno estrattore… insomma quelle più danneggiate sono state potate e ora aspetto di asciugare bene bene questa volta e prossima darò solo acqua per sciacquare le radici… Vediamo come procede i prossimi giorni 🙂📸🌱💚✨

The plants are coming along nicely for the most part. I have been finding bud rot in big mama... not much but I'm a little bit worried. I've been cutting it out when I find it. The trichomes are cloudy with sparse amber. The wind has been a concern the past week or so. I shared a video which kind of gives an idea of what we are dealing with. We are looking at harvest two weeks out - max. Maybe sooner. FFT2 is significantly behind the other varieties... fattening up more slowly.

Alrighty, guys and gals it's another res change and another opportunity to make mistakes haha. All in all, I actually got a lot of helpful advice through the questions forum so a big shout out to anyone that helped with those issues. Unfortunately with the rest of the canopy being somewhat the same height, I decided to leave the lights on 100%. I can't raise them any higher and I just have to better in veg when it comes to keeping the canopy even and encouraging bud sites. I'm super tempted to trim up the top big fan leaves but I honestly am not sure if it would help any at this point in time. I'm looking forward to giving the buds more time to grow though and I'm hoping a surprise myself with a great turnout. I'm still at a loss for when to harvest as far as what to look for with the buds aesthetically. I've heard the trichomes cloudy bit so many times but I guess I just cant tell if I should harvest what's larger done and cloudy then harvest the rest later etc.

Week 13 for Gelato 41 by Seedstockers What a monster she's becoming... cant believe she still has 2/3 months of veg to go😂😂 Hasn't been fed in 2 weeks only when nature rains on her😎 Still going to be pulling her side ways while i have room to do so & bending some branches in the middle to give her nice an even growth distribution. Have some ugly jumping spider friends keeping her clean from any unwanted buddies👊 Not going to defoliate at all this week i don't think just going to keep letting her do her own thing! Think its safe to say the roots are nicely settled in her big pot😂 The excitement for this girl to go into flower is REAL definitely going to be 64+ tops on her.

2/10: I watered today with about 3/4 gallon each, plus cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, a little open sesame, and their final dose of endoboost. The shorter one is budding up quickly now. 2/11: Wife home sick today....postponing construction project to raise the lights. 2/12: Today, I tackled the project to raise my ceiling another foot. In addition to that project, I installed and hooked up my new AC Infinity 6" intake fan. It's pulling in fresh air from the soffit vent on the eave of the attic, and currently feeding the garden with 46f fresh air. I'm able to easily maintain daytime temps in the lower 70f's now. I am able to drive the nighttime temps as low as I want. The only issue is that the outdoor RH varies quite a bit, so I ordered a 30-pint dehumidifier to put in the top of the closet. I sprayed everybody with boomboom spray to try and mitigate the light burn damage that is likely to ensue. 2/13: The taller one is still stretching a little bit, but the 2-footer is just budding up. 2/14: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom, cal-mag, signal, bembe, humic acid, and I switched over from Open Sesame to Beastie Bloomz. Raised the lights another couple of inches. I did some training on them and defo'd a little bit. 2/15: Installed the new dehumidifier and rigged the continuous drain on it...works great. 2/16: I rotated the edge plants and removed some old leaves. I added another 22w 3000k 4' bar light under the canopy. 2/17: I rearranged the garden and defoliated a little bit. That's it for week 8-
