Learned a bit this first week. Switched up the set up in the tent a few times and didn't take light adjustment into consideration. Feeling like the plant on the left could stretch a bit more but keeping the light around 24" should so the trick. Also, fed way too heavy the initial feeding switching from CannaStart to A&B. Minor signs of nute burn is coming into play with the tips but I dropped from 800+ PPM down to 5-600PPM 😆🤦‍♂️. Taking notes on each feeding including Ph, PPM and EC so I'm cool with going through some lessons on this first run. Either way I think they're truckin right along! Sitting on Day 12 from seed, I honestly feel like they're crankin! Any comments, questions or suggestions are welcome!

We have lift-off! She has stretched her little heart out this past week. This growth spurt inevitably came with a load of foliage, so I've been defoliating through the week - just a little each day - to keep the airflow nice. She is loving the Bud Explosion. Bud sites are starting to swell up nicely, and the fragrant aroma is getting more and more every day, quite zesty, very citrus. More lemony than orange at the moment, but still early days. The first hint of frost is beginning to set in, and she is looking a very healthy plant, hopefully should get some nice trichome production. This is my first photo-period plant, and in all honesty it's gone a lot smoother than some of the autos I've grown! No deficiencies, no pH or EC issues, no heat stress :) I deliberately gave it a long veg time so it didn't feel rushed, but moving forward I wouldn't want to have 1 plant taking up that much space for that long. SOG might be the way to go, but that's for another day. Current feeding: CalMag: 0.5ml / liter Megacrop: 5.5 grams / gallon Bud Explosion: 1.5 grams / gallon Will be running PK 13/14 for a week, probably starting some point this week when I next need to change the res. pH is currently 6 in the res, rising to 6.1 / 6.2 in the autopot tray. Welcome to my Lemon Orange by GREEN HOUSE SEEDS.. 1st set of nodes were removed with 1 fingered leafs they are energy sappers. Weeks 2-3 Days 9-21 Plant pushing along really fast really nice growers. She's been the one that's taken to the cold temperatures/ low RH the best. She's the biggest. And I'm a wk ahead. But' these past 2 weeks. I FLMING It and moved it into a 7L pot. And then when I felt I had enough shoots I then topped the Fliming just kept throwing out shoots, so after you see 4 very close you usually then top the tops and will be left with tight intersnodea usually resulting in an X shape if grow out. As it just keeps growing up. It has a real nice hight as she stands. The next week I tackle and defoliation her and will attempt to shape her in some fashion. But, I find. GHS strains when topped they rarely need shopping as its takes a natural shape.. but, I do plan t defoliation and LST her. Enzymes, pure Zym & Alga Grow have been used. Currently she sits in a 7L pot. She'll be moved to an 11l and then I'll decide what way to take her. Ppm is kept low as the soil is nutrient rich Royal mix. So? I only started adding small amounts of ALGA GROW as it takes a few days for the organic process to work. So adding in on wk 2 was what I did. Enzymes and Sugar Royal was also used. Along with a foliar spray of Vita Race as she looked she needed an iron kick. Looks like Dolomite lime is taken a bit longer. But, with such rapid growth. This plant is only showing slight signs of cal. The others are growing at a normal rate. And the slow but more effective method of slow release calcium over time looks to be doing well. I still use UltraPure Epsom Salt. Its the best source of mag/sulphur 250ppm feeds (that's tap included) with soil aim for 6.3-6.8 ph. Mine is 6.7. Alga feeds were just once a wk. 300ppm (tap included) ph doesn't need checking its organic so usually this nutrient (alga grow) gives 4.5ph, but? It does not need adjusting nor does any organic nutrient from plago when using soil. Week 1/2 40-42.5 750ppfd Week 3DLI 43.5-45 800 ppfd. . 17hrs this is and last 30mins is set at 15% to mimic sunset. Really drops light stress. And have noticed big drop in leaf dropping and much easier plant growth. Helps I've a top lux meter. Money well spent. I switched nutes preemptively but we are back to veg(terp tea grow 711) for atleast one more week, maybe 2 to account for her stretching. 5/3/24 She’s stacking bud sites. She’s so much more squat than I thought. She’s like stiff and wants to just grow upright. I wanna grow this plant without training, I bet she would be beautiful.

So apart from the really low yields.... Which I expected from 80% Indica dominant strains just not that low considering how dense the Budz were. But I can say my growing skills have been consistently improving and it is showing with each grow. With these ladies I should have definitely put them in a 12Litre pot or smaller and still would have gotten the same results if not better. So I lesson learnt for future grows..... To take into consideration the size pots I'm using on the strains I'm running! 👍🏾 But in all very great smoke, even more excited for the next rows that I have coming with the improvements I will be making. 👍🏾🌱💚 Another thing I will say is that I will be putting more effort into how I document my harvest for you guys.... More pictures, better videos showing off the Budz.... Not many pictures because I done smoked it all 😅😅🔥🔥🔥 but still I want to do better for you guys, I want to give people the best view/review of the strains that I run... Alright! So she's officially been back on track for quite a while now. She seems to have actually started bud development! So we can officially consider this week 1 of flower. Haven't defoliated her quite yet, but I will later today. So far I've just been training her by bending and supercropping here and there. I've been feeding her nutes twice a week by this point, with a water in between. Not quite at the 1/4gal. per day point. I sense that'll be somewhere between weeks 2, and 3 of flower. She's up to 9-fingered leaves which means, everything's going smooooth as can be. Cheers, and bless you and your garden! 🙌
