This week, I continued the LST on each plant everyday. Unfortunately, I broke one branch of the Cashew Kush by pulling too hard on it. Since it was one of the double branches (see last week photo), I'm curious to see if the other smaller branch will now increased its growth to compensate the loss. The growth is good despite some probable nitrogen excess (curled tip + dark green leaves) on the Blackberry Cake and the Cashew Kush. This is not the first time I'm facing this with Sensi Seeds plants in this pre-fertilized soil, but they always turned out fine in the end! I added a bit more water to these two plants to try to eliminate a bit of nitrogen excess. I also increased the watering frequency. I wanted to give some light to the lower branches without defoliating too much, too soon. So, I get the idea of removing only some leaflets on all the plants. I don't know if this technique has a name and if it's useful. It's worth noting that the yield of this strain turned out to be small, and the buds were loose. Even with expectations set higher, the cultivation result left much to be desired. While the plant started flowering quickly and early, it failed to accumulate significant mass, adding a sense of disappointment to the equation. Confronted with these characteristics, I no longer harbor illusions about autoflowering strains. Though the experience with "Red Mimosa XL Auto" left a bit of disappointment, I've made a decision for myself—no more autoflowers in my future plantings. It's always better to be honest about one's expectations and experiences, even if it means foregoing certain strains in the search for the perfect fit.

This week has been great ,today is day 78 and the girls are just doin their thang , 1 looks ready for flush already and the rest look about another longer then flush for them aswell,, can’t wait to see how these girls finish out over the next couple of weeks 😍!! This strain is very forgiving to say the least and would definitely grow it again. Only 10.5 grams away from 2 oz. I could’ve definitely gotten more out of these girls if I didn’t have two other plants jammed in a 2x4 grow space. I’m happy with my results. This strain is very loud with hints of lemons and gas. Highly recommended!

Week 9 - Venom OG and an unknown seed strain. Tap water and Espoma Bloom full dose - 12hr light schedule

After defoliating both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants after week 11 they now develop more and amore flower clusters, since the light can penetrate deeper int the canopy now. The plants are producing trichomes like crazy, even the bigger sugar leaves are covered in them! VERY FROSTY PLANTS! The flower clusters clearly form colas now along all side branches and both plants fill up nicely. The smell is now strong and sweet with a clear peach aroma to it, it makes me smile every time I look into the tent. The plants love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and are getting the recommended dose every watering.

Mimosa X Orange Punch is a beast! She’s doing so well and she is growing vigorously. The trellis net will support the branches when they start stacking the nugs on. Had to give these girls some more nutes as the lower growth is showing signs that the top is taking what they need. Only sparsely so not worrying me much but good to note.
