My gorilla melons transitioning into flower this week. Not much change in height yet but I will get a good measurement next week. I haven't had to water this plant much at all this whole summer but now that I have the canopy up top I'm gonna have to start watering more. Last day of this week got a mix of compost tea with some liquid fish. It got around 8 gallons.

Al principio de semana di su última comida con Ec baja y a mitad de esta hice el lavado de raíces, drenando un agua con Ec ya aceptable, con lo que presagio que va a tener buen nivel de sabor. Les estoy haciendo pasar ya bastante frío, buscando un extra de resina; con lo que se está llenando de colores. Estaba un tanto preocupado con los cogollos porque no los notaba demasiado apretados, pero en esta semana lo han hecho y mucho. Espero esta semana terminen de apretar como rocas. Comienza la cuenta atrás, tic tac, tic tac…

Всем привет. Все-таки решил в начале недели перевести на 12 часов и, в принципе, оказалось очень вовремя. Оно еще подрастет сантиметров на 15 к пику цветения и расстояние до лампы будет прям идеальное. Помимо этого удалил много веток на нижних этажах, чтобы всё шло в основные, а не в мелкую поросль. Так и получилось, растение начало активно утолщать основные ветки и стало еще расти вширь. Листья чувствуют себя очень хорошо, ни единого намека на передозировку или дефицит. Есть небольшой профицит азота, но его совсем чуть чуть. Старые листья, где начался некроз от чрезмерной освещенности, чувствуют себя отлично, некроз прекратился, а листья позеленели и работают на все 146%. Листья стали расти с 11 лепестками. Воды пьет по 2 литра в сутки, корневая разивлась очень хорошо. Нам 35 дней и мо скоро станем еще красивей и будем радовать бутонами цветов. Всю неделю подпитывал 700PPM удобрениями на вегу. Следующею неделю буду комбинировать вегу и цветение. Спасибо, что заглянули. Всем огромной удачи!

So I made a harvest for the 70th day of life of these plants, exactly 10 weeks. When I harvested, I had to move the inflorescences to another place to dry. I put their Bank and Packed in several layers of garbage bag and tightly sealed it with sticky tape. When I came home, I dried the inflorescences, and I prefer to separate the inflorescences from the large branches, and the inflorescences themselves slightly pressed to make them easier to store and they do not crumble during transportation. So the inflorescences are obtained dense and hard as a tree, but do not lose their smell and taste, but the inflorescence should be compressed very gently and gently for several days as they dry. In General I'm okay and I'm safe. The final product gives me pleasure, so I think that my risk was justified. Now in my tent matured 3 plantsNeville Haze Auto. These chef anna white label autos are just amazing. The smell is so pungent it just smacks you in the face from 10 feet away. I cant wait to smoke these lovely ladys. Not to mention look at all those pistols.

When it should start flowering?

Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

Day 133 - 24.09.2020. So I had to boot this lady back to an outdoor grow. She started throwing bananas already even though we are a while away from harvest. I read a fair amount about it and opinions vary from leave it, to remove it so it does not affect your other plants, to chop it down. So I have removed her to be on the safe side. I also picked as many of them off as I could (after spraying them with water). She looks happy outside though. Day 137 - 28.09.2020 - Pic updates. She is doing well. Still lacking a lot of bud growth, but they are nice and dense so far. She has a bit to grow. I have started with compost teas as I am anyway feeding teas to my other plant. This will hopefully boost her nicely.
