This week I harvested these two Quebec Black Bud, it was really a great experience. Its unique appearance and these colors charm us from start to finish. Calm in vegetation but surprises us in flowering. I can't wait to see the final product 😇 Harvest : Pheno #1 day 56 flowering 119 total Pheno #2 day 60 flowering 123 total Training : They have received my hand manipulation since day 8 and this every day to force them to grow bigger and stronger until the addition of the scrog. I started my base again on a manifold. For now I'm having fun like that, let's see later 😁 I'll leave you with these beautiful photos and come back to you later. After drying and curing I realize how the color is an intense purple almost black, The genetics are not called Quebec black bud for nothing. the buds are really compact, I know that with the auto pot system I give myself a chance that they will be denser but I believe that hard training leaves its mark.

Day 66 : Her buds are full of crystals and are so dense. The smell is really strong stinky skunk like GZ , but GZ smell is more acidic. Her crystals are milky and soon will start to amber. Breeder refers that will be pretty mature in 70 days. Not in my case :D we will see in 4 days, in next watering. For now no ambers. I prefer to cut when we have 15%-20% amber and 80%-85% milky, because after the smoke is very heavy for my taste. Edit Day 70 : She watered with juices and i continue until i see first signs of amber trichomes. Still no ambers. She has gained so much weight , side branches cant lift their self. I think she will be the heavier. You can understand her weight if u lift it.

Plants are growing healthy, actually did some low stress training on the two plans in potting soil and they are taking a liking to the conditions.

This one has been delightful to grow full of buds everywhere with very little Fan leafs can't wait to cure and tested. I have cut down in jar everything the wait was 97 grams please consider that when they comes to my scale weight i wait until the main stem breaks with a loud crunch and the buds are really dry to the touch reason for it I have a very busy life and at the end of the day this is just a hobby so I cannot be opening those jars many times a day at most one in the morning and one in night so I want to avoid mold on them.so I push in a Boveda pack to keep them nice Thank you for reading I will update the other details when ready have a happy grow.

Girls are doing well with the LST. Kosher cake was topped last week and now has what looks like 8 heads. 3rd of June have given the girls living soil veg.

April 6, 2021 (Day 92, Flower 43): Everything looks great. Trying to get humidity down another 5% this week. Averaging 30% rH and 72℉. April 7, 2021 (Day 93, Flower 44): Plants are looking and smelling amazing. No complaints. Looks like Unknown 2 may finish up a bit before the others - guessing due to the genetics. Unknown 2 is incredibly frosty and smells very rich and dank. Very excited for the dry and cure! Gelato 1 and Unknown 1 seem to be about in line with each other development-wise. Averaging 30% rH and 72℉. April 8, 2021 (Day 94, Flower 45): Pots were light. Watered with 4l per plant with 4ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 1ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 2ml/l Sweet Raw + 1ml/l Cal-Mag Plus + 1tsp/gal Humboldt Nutrients Big Up Finishing Powder at 6.4 pH. This waiting game is so difficult! Love opening my tent each day and being punched in the face by this smell! Just overall amazing experience so far. Averaging 30% rH and 72℉. April 9, 2021 (Day 95, Flower 46): Plants look amazing. Took my microscope to Unknown 2 today and the crystal development is insane. Averaging 30% rH and 72℉. April 10, 2021 (Day 96, Flower 47): Can't. Wait. For. HARVEST! Getting close! I think I will start flushing Unknown 2 but continue the feeding schedule for the other two plants. It is looking like Unknown 2 has a couple week shorter flower time than the others. Perfectly a-ok with me - then I can smoke it sooner! Averaging 30% rH and 74℉. April 11, 2021 (Day 97, Flower 48): Pots were light. Watered with 4l per plant with 4ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 1ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 2ml/l Sweet Raw + 1ml/l Cal-Mag Plus at 6.1 pH. Starting to flush Unknown 2 from this watering onward. April 12, 2021 (Day 98, Flower 49): No report.

Week 6 – Day 44 Flower Day 14 🔄 Looking back: This week I did lollipopping and defoliation on Mimosa Evo and White Widow ✂️ Both plants took it well – no signs of stress or herms so far. Everything is stable and looking good ✅ 💧 I also started mixing osmosis water with tap water at a 10:1 ratio. That gives me a stable pH and a starting EC of 0.08, which is great for preparing nutrients. 💡 Lighting & DLI Mimosa Evo is under the Kingbrite P55 320W, and I’ve now increased the light intensity. 📈 DLI is up to 78 (24h), which equals about 39 DLI under a 12/12 cycle. She’s handling it well so far – no signs of light stress, and the stretch continues strong 🌿 🌿 Plant status – Mimosa Evo 📏 Height: 77 cm (+27 cm this week) 💧 Drain pH: 5.9, EC: 1.7 ⚗️ Feeding at 75% of the nutrient schedule ✅ She looks vigorous and healthy, stretching strongly into early flower. No deficiencies, no complaints!

Plants are doing and looking beautiful. Plants look like they fully recovered from the previous weeks mishaps.. Buds are developing nicely at this point And every day I notice them slightly bigger .. I'm noticing the smell get stronger day by day as well Keeping temp at 76-78 and humidity at 45% At the end of week 3 I will run 7L of pure r20 ph@6 through the autopot system , to let any accumulated salts from the hoses and roots flush out . The plants should use up 7L in about 2 days and then I will continue with my regular feedings probably on day 3 of week 4 Also the weather has been getting warmer the last few days and after adding the 2 new lights the temps are getting higher in my tent .. Added 8inch Vortex inline fan to bring fresh air from outside on a controller that shuts on or off depending on temp

watered every other day with pk 13/14 and bio boost, somtimes used others nuts. I have it's still a little too hot, and the humidity reaches 70% especially at night but I have good airflow. The smell begins to become more intense and buds looks fatten a little bit better. i decided do not defoliate anymore until week 7. The Gorilla Fast veggest fast but in flowering seems to be not so fast and this is good for me due to the blackberry flowering in 60 70 days so i will try to harvest at same time.

30.4.25: This worked out very nicely 👌 I just found Ecothrives' new, Trace! I was looking for Cal-Mag with no NPK. I came across this, I'm genuinely so excited to get using this! Ecothrive has the best products, hands down. As fate would have it, the plants are looking pretty dry! I'm going to be watering with the Trace and Biosys. Let's see what happens 😁 6 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.1 contained: ♡ 3ml of Ecothrive Trace ♡ 1/4 Tsp (2.4ml) Ecothrive Biosys Let's see how we're looking in a few days after the first Ecothrive Trace application! The plants received 3 litres of this feed each. PPM: 475 PH 6.0 1.5.25: I mixed a foliar feed with my new Ecothrive Trace. I filled a 250ml spray bottle with dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0 with 4ml Ecothrive Trace. I used the entire bottle in 3 plants throughout the course of the day. The fan is very strong, so it didn't take long to dry. However, I did keep the lights dimmer to ensure no leaves were burnt. Additionally, I spent more time than I care to admit massaging the foliar spray into the leaves 😅 I also moved the LED lights up as Northern Lights is still stretching. Par was about 600-700. Which may be too much. I'll keep an eye on it. I also watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0 to Northern Lights. 2.5.25: I watered 1 litre today. With Greenleaf Nutrients Bud Explosion PK booster 1/2 Tsp dissolved in dechlorinated water PH'd to 5.9. PPM came out high at 1300, so I watered another litre through just plain, PH'd to 6.2. 5.5.25: FastBuds Mystery seed #1 is focusing on bud building. There are certainly chunky buds beginning to form here! 😍 She has pretty well stopped stretching, and so she's shorter than Northern Lights, which is still growing vertically, this is a little unfortunate as they're no longer a Sea Of Green. Unless Northern Lights is a tidal wave 😅 So because the canopy is no longer uniform, the lighting is difficult to dial in. Which has never been my strong point. Her leaves are still very dark. I'm going to top dress with Ecothrive Life Cycle, but because of the darkness of leaves, I won't add the Ecothrive Charge. Which is mainly more vegetative growth needs. Which will contain more nitrogen, which we certainly don't need any more of at this stage. Plant top dressed with; ♡ 2 Tbs of Ecothrive Life Cycle ♡ 1 Cup Worm Castings ♡ 1 Cup Canna Coco ♡ 1.25 Cups Perlite I watered in with 2 ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing .25g of Ecothrive Biosys. So far, she's doing great, I've never grown FastBuds without topping them, so maybe they will grow taller without that training technique. We will try that with our next FastBuds strain. I'm not sure when I'll grow another FastBuds as I've got the rest of the year booked up. The tent is in demand! 😅 Nonetheless, they are always sturdy plants, which is great, of course. This next week will just be monitoring of excess/ deficiency of nutrients and probably another foliar spray of the new Ecothrive Trace. I have removed a few fan leaves at the lower canopies. This was an interesting harvest. Everything was going great and the buds/trichomes were still piling on, when suddenly almost overnight plant "C" shifted to about 20% amber trichomes. So I harvested it, and because the other plant wasn't ready yet I decided to try water curing the first one for 7 days. Then at the end of the 7 days, I figured I'd hack down plant "D" and dry them both on the racks in the tent at the same time before moving into jars. The water curing was a huge success! After the first day, the water was cloudy with a slight green tinge. Second day was about the same. Then the water was just a little cloudy each change, no green tinge. Compare it to the diary I just opened around water re-curing some cannabis I bought from the government store, where the water is diarrhea brown :O On day 7 of my water cure, the water was perfectly clear so I decided to hack down plant "D" and get them both drying on racks in the tent together. While water-curing plant "C", I had its trim sitting in a bowl in the freezer. When I hacked down plant "D", I put its trim in the same bowl. After my typical wet-trimming, I hung up Plant "C"'s water-cured buds on the top rack, plant "D"'s buds on the 2nd rack for an old fashioned cure, and random trim from both plants spread out on the bottom 2 racks. The water-cured buds dried within about 24 hours and went into a jar with a 58% humidipack. The buds are SUPER dense and potent! Nice clean high, doesn't kill my throat. The downside is that the taste is really weak and not that great. But everything has pros and cons. Almost no trichome loss in the bucket during the water curing as well -- I was really worried about that! The other buds dried in about 36 hours and went into a jar with a 58% humidipack, where I burped it many times a day for a week. The smell and flavour are much more potent than the water-cured bud and it's a little harsher on my throat, but otherwise I'm not sure there's a detectable difference. However, you can SEE there's a sharp visual difference between the water-cured buds and the jar-cured :) Of course the jar-cured will mature more with time as well. Once the trim was completely dry, I put it in a bag in the deep freezer and dropped it to about -20. I didn't need to use a grinder this way -- I could just mash it all up in the bag with extreme ease! Sifted it through the kief screen, and pressed down 17 grams of lazy-man's hash! After processing the trim through the kief screen, I decarbed in the oven at 200F for 1 hour (this converts THC-A into THC or something to that effect -- if you don't do this, the edibles won't get you very high). I put the trim into a big mason jar and back into the freezer along with my bottle of Everclear. Once they dropped somewhere down around -20, I poured in the Everclear, put the lid on, and shook as hard as I could, as often as I could, for 5 minutes or so. I noticed that as I shook it around, the contents inside would alternate between solid and liquid which was kinda cool :) Shake it one way and it freezes, shake it the other way and it thaws... or something to that effect, anyway. I was able to use a double-coffee-filter to extract about 2 cups of dragon tincture! I threw everything in the coffee filter out -- next time I'm going to do a better job of it as there's a little pile of trichomes that forms at the bottom of the filter which I could put to use. Once I get that down next harvest, I'll have around 99% efficiency milking every last drop out of my harvests! White chocolate is so yummy, as are candy canes... I wanted to combine the two to make some edibles. Looking around for candy cane crush, I decided to check out Amazon. They had the same candy cane crush I was looking at from popular stores, for only a couple dollars more, so I figured sure why not have it delivered. I was planning to get some white Baker's chocolate, but on checkout of the candy cane crush I got a deal for adding on white chocolate Lindt bars for $1.25 a piece LOL! So I bought 10 of those. When the Amazon package arrived, I slowly boiled down 1/2 cup of my dragon tincture in a pot, then used a double-boiler setup to melt down 4 of the Lindt bars in the same pot. Once it was mixed well with the hash oil, I set it aside to cool for about 3 minutes before stirring in 1/8 cup of candy cane crush (plus I ended up adding maybe like a tablespoon more), pouring into a pan lined with parchment paper, and putting in the freezer for 30 minutes. So now I have a nice big chunk of white chocolate candy cane crunch stuff where a piece the size of my thumb gets me super high for like 8+ hours; 17 grams of lazy-man's hash; and 88 grams of bud :) And still enough dragon tincture left over to make 3 more rounds of edibles -- not sure what I'll make next! From now on I'm going to water cure a large portion of all my buds -- not just the ones I grow myself, but ones I buy from the Gummint too!
