7 Feb: Watered with a tiny bit of pH-Down, also 0.5ml Acti-Vera + 0.5ml Bio-Heaven. I plan to feed her 2L of this mixture (total of 1+1ml nutrients) for the remainder of this week. I will feed more if I have given all feed and the soil is still dry, otherwise no. I just now calculated that it would mean around 285ml of water per day for 7 days in a row, I think that is a bit too much. 8 Feb: I asked a grow question regarding if I should trim (defoliate) my flower. Thanks to everyone who took time to answer! In conclusion I will not defoliate my flower. 9 Feb: Watered 10 Feb: Today I started using nutrients and I deliberately decided to use the minimum amount possible. I will then see how my plant reacts and either continue with nutrients and slowly increase to "correct" dosages, or switch back to plain water for a little while longer. Also, if you look at the text above after "7 Feb", you see that I used nutrients there as well. The feed ran out in just 3-4 days and the plants seem to like it so that's why I had to refill my watering can today. 11 Feb (Day 29): Today was my best performance yet when it comes to mixing nutrients. I measured the pH-levels of the water, added one nutrient, checked the pH-levels again, then repeated until I was done. I also used two different meters since I believe they're both not really a 100% working. I am thinking about investing in a better one, these two were like $15 each and I heard that they can break after a while. Anyways, I checked the soil using both meters and the green one show 6.9 and the red one 6.9-7.0. I'm quite sure it's at 6.9 and my feeding mixture is about 6.5. I am hoping to be able to report a lowered pH-level in a few days (if that's how it works hehe). 12 Feb (Day 30): She is getting wider and bigger, her leaves are erect, she responds very well to nutrients and pH is 6.8-6.9. The green pH-meter is saying 6.8! 13 Feb: Damn she grew 7cm last night, a bit more than 2 inches.

Hate to say it but these Rockstar Clones are outgrowing my seeded plants rite now. When I did the leaf strip they both had fan leafs as big as my hand. Just massive. I'm excited to see how well they both bud. So far it's looking good. Happy growing.

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. Trimmed a few bottom leaves to keep them off the grow medium. The difference is huge between the plants..... 6 days must have been affected also by more side roots compared to the tap root poking out. I thought it best to let the roots develop in the hydro garden

Empecé la germinación el 23/01/23 en un vaso de agua durante 12 horas, después al taper con servilleta húmeda 24 horas más. Radícula de 2cm y las planto en maceta de 1L Actualización estado de germinación 03/02/23: Meto fotos ya con las macetas rellenas al 10º día y fotos del 7º día comparando las macetas y los tallos. En cuanto el 2º par de hojas sea mas que evidente empezamos las semanas de crecimiento. Dentro de 2 o 3 semanas quizás, trasplantamos a maceta definitiva de 7Litros. Lo veremos. Actualización 06/02/23: Meto unas fotos de las plantas mas grandes, 3 días después para que se vea la diferencia de crecimiento. Además un video mostrando el cultivo entero, la luminaria y la extracción. Llevamos 13 días desde la germinación. we improvised with threads the mesh was badly placed but everything served and fulfilled its function, now the leaves have grown again and the mini jungle is re-formed, we really liked how the previous pruning turned out although aggressive to the plants it did not affect them they recovered almost instantly, and it works in our favor because of the space, so this is already the end of the second or the beginning of the third week, in the next one I will upload the pruning and everything as it is already at the end of almost the 3rd week of flowering, at least of the larger, the others, as you know, are 2 to 3 weeks apart, so for them it is 1 or 2 weeks of flowering, which is noticeable in their development. the risks that are written down in the diary are the fertilizer once a week, and 1 3.5-liter drum or a gallon is used, which is divided into the 2 largest and another equal gallon with a different proportion for the 5 smallest , in the newspaper it is written down of the great ones.

Everything going nicely so far not much stretch after the first week and bud sites popping up everywhere. Day 66 - they were really bushy so decided to give them a lil hair cut, cutting away all the big fan leaves leaving all the bud sites. Day 68 - I fed them until run of today as going on holiday next week and have a pal sorting them out from Monday So far so good :) Will wait till end of the 3rd week and give them a little defoliation to improve air flow and light spread untill then there fed either everyday or every other day depending on when they need it.

Ordered some predator mites to kill them I don't want to use spray during flower Realized I was overwatering, was traumatized from last nute burn First plant is looking like it's starting to turn light green- not happy about it. The buds are also very tiny on the first plant which is strange , vegged it way longer. Also waiting for the buds to hopefully connect and fatten up. Upped the nutrients to 840 ppm - hoping this will help fatten the buds up It says week 5 flower , but I do not consider the 1st week as flower as it is still in transition. I' Ordered 2nd vent fan- Temps and RH are very steady with minimal deviation Last soil grow for me, I have a clone in a hydro bucket dwc 2x4 tent and it grows substantially faster vs soil with no issues.
