Week 4 Day 3 Veg Only been 5 days since last post but I think Im going to flip these tomorrow I reckon they should fill out in first 2 weeks of flower. Really want to avoid a jungle given how close they all are to each other. All very healthy. One plant more on the LED side which makes it more filled out but tbf the plants on that side are much more vigouros, thicker stems and broader leaves etc. LED is controversial in bloom but in veg it kicks halide and florescent ass. Should I pull the net in tight and flip or what fam?

Hello Diary. The third week of flowering is over, what I would comment on first this week is the scent. Fat Banana began to spread a wonderful fruity scent, like some fruity candy. 😋 So far on my small farm no strain has smelled like this at this stage of flowering. The plant is full of flowers and as you can see in the photos, they fill up nicely. 👍 Brownish spots have started to appear on some leaves, I will monitor the development and try to detect what the cause is. 😯 Watering is standard, I water the plants about every three days. Preventively for now I add CalMg and every other time I add BioBizz. I am preparing about 7 lit. water with which I water all three plants evenly. Here’s what he looked like all week. 02/11/2020 - Day 39. Watering. I added BioBizz and preventive CalMg. p.H. I adjusted to 6.5 with Plagron’s Lemon Kick. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.7 degrees and 42% humidity. 05/11/2020 - Day 42. Photographing and watering. This time I just regulated p.H. at 6.4 and I didn’t add anything else. She lived through the worst soil and the worst bug infestation I ever had. The insect soap I mixed up had a pH of 10, which burned but I was able to recover. The colors are Beautiful. It smell like a heavy Kush!

I have finally realised that this experiment is horribly going side ways at the moment, however I wonder if it is due to the Winter season, growing outside or in my makeshift greenhouse, (when I say makeshift I mean, recycled plastic sheets, pallets, etc, I think all that aside, my forth cycle is going to memorable… currently I lack grow lights and fans, luckily I made my greenhouse self ventilate, though I am waiting for August(AwwDust) the windiest time in South Africa, if it remains standing and still self ventilating, I would consider it a victor.) growth would be slower than the warm seasons. To make conditions even harder, I do not have grow lights currently however an obstacle that I’ll correct, going for solar lights and solar fans, electricity tariffs are booming, luckily I use rain water stored in a 1000lt tank, no one is complaining water consumption, I feel like people don’t stress the cost of growing, if you don’t pay the bills and you want to become a grower, look for cheaper methods of growing, like for now… I am going to use the sun as my main light source, will get fans to induce positive stress.

Zkittlez #1 has been building some nice bud structure and is starting to smell really nice up close. Zkittlez #2 has seemed to stop stretching as much measuring at 3 ft 5 for now can't raise the light an more so hopefully that will be the end of the stretch and time for her to focus on bud structure. There are lots of bud sites building on her too many to count now which is a brilliant thing to say XD. The 2 pineapple chunk photoperiods are still developing nicely in their negative state and have been undergoing L.S.T to keep the canopy low and even. planning to do a 100 day veg on them (hopefully just enough time for both Zkittlez to mature and then harvest) and then FLIP! starting to give all plants a weekly spray of Canna-cure to help prevent any infestations.

Therefore, I’ve ordered some heat mats, which should arrive tomorrow. I’m aiming to stabilize the root temperature at around 22°C consistently, so the nights won’t be too cold anymore.
