Senescence is really starting to set in, some nice purple hues in the flowers now which are quite hard to show with my camera 📷 These girls are meant to flower for 60-70 days, based on the maturity of the larger lady, maybe they will finish a bit earlier, but this time even if the trichomes get very amber, I’m going to try and push them through for the full 70 days. I will start checking trichomes next week, I don’t want to give myself any excuse to cut them down. I have chopped too early in the past, either because of botrytis or lack of patience. The flowers on the larger plant aren’t quite as full and symmetrical as the other plants, but she has a lot of colas to support and I’m sure the taste and flavours will be great! Migro UVB got installed today, 3 hours per day at ‘noon’ from now until harvest ✂️ P.s the pictures are a little darker this week, because I wasn’t lazy and dimmed the lights down this time 🙃

Bravo Genehtik! They did an awesome job with this strain! She has been extremely vigorous and resilient (only auto that didnt stunt from transplant) we began LST this week as she has enough spacing between nodes and strength to withstand the stress. I managed to get her main branch bent to almost 90° and exposed 90%of her branches( ones is stubbornly hiding 😡) without stopping this is the best I could do🤷‍♂️ She is also starting the very beginning of a stretch she is drinking a bit more and her lower stalk is hardening up.She also popped flowers, earning her a name officially! They’re all hitting their stride in terms of flower. Chemdawg easily the most impressive bud development/size wise, but Bubba is massive and has a TON of bud sites. No leaf discolouration at all so I’m guessing the ladies have switched to flower smoothly with the right amount of food in the soil. I top dressed with Gaia Bloom to give them a little extra for the next few weeks as they push forward. Crazy to believe Bubba might only have 25 days left which means I don’t know if she’ll get fed anything other than water from here on out

She completed the first week of flowering happily and she keeps stretching. Trailers net added to level the canopies.

I got my humidity under control. From now on there is only H2O without fertilizer. But I think my gorilla is a little too brown. I really hope it has to be that way. Otherwise all the other ladies are looking great.

Well she has grown that's for sure. She needs to be transplanted to a bigger pot. Also defoliated... I will attempt this tomorrow. I need to acquire a bigger pot. Worse case scenario I use a 5 gallon bucket, and drill some holes. I'm switching to flower 12/12 this week. So she is going into a 15 gallon pot now and getting a good trim. One plant had a big stretch late this week. But I believe it was due to me placing the middle plant in the back right because my middle light is an older model without bloom switch. And I wanted the nicer plant under the red leds, but over night that next night, it grew like 4 inches above my canopy :/ but i think I'm going to tie the 2 middle stretchers on her to the middle opposing stalks. I started the besties because the buds are formed nicely on top so now I want to start giving some size focused mid bloom nutrients. Going by the schedual so far for flower on my nutrient chart. Oh and when I started using the bud candy I noticed some AMAZING smells that I've never smelt on a strain before. The new tricomes smell like a cotton candy/gummyworm, and the water leaves when cut off smelt like straight gas/diesel. But the 2 smells are not present together. Its weird. Forgot cal mag this week

Start of WK3 day 17 of flower. As you can see the sour diesel has not stretched past the others. I just bought a new light (SE4500) and been hanging it about 30 inches from the canopy and this has def influenced this stretch. The northern lights is my favorite structure so far, really tight nodes and are going to form some nice colas. The Grandaddy purp I think has the most uniform canopy and feel its gonna fill out nicely. Top dressed on 3-16 with Gaia green power bloom and all purpose along with some worm castings

Traditionally, apart the hand rubbing method, dry sifting through a mesh is the most used way to obtain resin, from 🇦🇫 Afghanistan 🇦🇫 or 🇳🇵Nepalese 🇳🇵 Mountains to 🇲🇦 Morocc 🇲🇦 Rif passing through Bekaa valley in 🇱🇧Lebanon 🇱🇧. The average size of meshes used vary from 90 to 180 microns and are mostly made by silk and for this reason uneven. I think the most productive ways to sift are Dry Ice and  rotating pollinator + CO2, I've tried a DIY pollinator built by a friend and it can reach up to 20/25% of resin extracted at 120 microns and 15% at 90 microns. But smell and taste don't reach that traditionally extracted but this is another story. Morroccan way is good compromise between a stashbox or more evolute methods. It requires less than 10 dollar of expenses. You need: a basin or pot  without handles a heavy-duty plastic bag that contains the basin a pair of chopsticks a good 120 microns net an elastic band tape Kif or trim q.s. Brain damage grower choice genetics This plant is growing great definitely one of my favorites she is in flower very excited this strain has high resin production so we should see some nice frosty buds loaded with tricomes this is a high thc variety with heavy yields she bushed up beautifully set up great ready for flower she is very healthy no problems to speak of what so ever there are hundreds of tops on this plant so we should have a really nice yield if you go on the growers choice genetics website they have a great disruption of this strain run you through the different affects and smells and thc% really a nice strain the seeds came in a really cool little case with velvet liner and little folded up paperwork that tells you all about the strain your about to grow i in joyed that when the seeds came in so definitely a cool little package anyways the root system on this plant is huge completely took over this 50 gallon pot the roots are busted through the bottom of the cloth pots and firmly planted in the ground where u Literally have to rip the pots off the ground to move the plants around I’m going to be taking lots of pictures through this flower stage to document the bud growth and development closely having a great time growing this one

Week 8, day 57, bud 27 watered both with PH6.4 5ml/gal Cal/Mag, 10ml/gal Seaweed/Fish extract, 0.5ml/gal Orca, 1tbsp Molasses. Added bottom re-circulating Fan. Day 59, took pics.
