Plant is looking good 😊, fully recovered from defoliation, I set the lights closer, switched them to 12h of light per day, and did some spraying to control pests with neem oil and organic Marseille soap, everything good so far . Can't wait to see the flowers forming. I used a net to open up the branches, and get more colas, it worked but I think stressed out the plant a bit and the fact that I did it in the flowering period didn't helped, so next time I'll do it way before, but I recently bought the net so.. anyway I kept the net on for three days, and now I decided to remove it cause was getting me lot of troubles accessing the setup in general, watering, basically made impossible any movement inside the tent. Still did is thing and now I have not the best even canopy but many more top colas for sure. Please give me any advice, I've noticed it is drying out lot faster, humidity is still at 58% but I believe the roots are much more developed. I will leave home for 2 or 3 weeks, my sister will have the duty to just water, can't ask her more, hope for the best. So updates will be very rare but she'll take pictures for me and for us :D .

Ehi eccoci qua alla prima è seconda settimana di cambio di luce, quindi siamo nella seconda settimana di pre-fioritura, la ragazza sta esplodendo di vigore! Non mi aspettavo davvero che questa genetica CBD fosse così esplosiva e vigorosa! Si sta sviluppando alla grande in ogni suo singolo aspetto! Le foglie, il gambo, la struttura in sé si è rafforzata in modo fenomenale e mi fa sperare di avere delle grandi belle come stra colme di resina di CBD! Grazie soprattutto ai ragazzi di Terra Aquatica che con i loro nutrienti a quanto pare stanno facendo la differenza! Nessuna carenza è una pianta che sprizza di gioia e nn vede l'ora di mostrarsi in tutta la sua bellezza! Per adesso sta ancora strecchando verso l alto, ma sono sicuro che questa volta non diventara altissima e riuscirò a controllarla come volume! Almeno spero xke davvero si è sviluppata in modo sorprendente in queste ultime due settimane è raddoppiata come volume! Had a good week. Started flowering. Julie and Jen had some lime green new growth but i upped the nutes and today they look much better. First pistils showed up on Julie and her canopy is coming along.

Day 58, 7th of November 2020: The 6th day since the lamp switched to be 12/12... I raised up the nutrition intake as it can be seen above only the BioBizz family 2ml/l and removed some LST because the plant remains in shape or just set a bit but nothing significant.... ....strech is on the way..... 😅 Big fan leaves and strechy plant she looks pretty tho ;) Nothing really to report there is crazy 2-3 weeks from now ;) ;)

The thrips infection is gone but there’re still a lot of damaged leafs as you can see in the photos/videos, but the growth hasn’t slowed down which is good. Anyway after I did some research into the big bang strain I found out that the company that sells this strain recommends “flushing” for a few days every other week starting from day 16 of flowering. This is meant to speed up bud development and I think it really did something here as the buds got twice as big. But I didn’t exactly follow their recommendations as it calls for watering the plants with large amounts of water and letting the soil dry for a few days and I don’t feel comfortable with that, so I watered them every day but made sure the soil was dry.

First day of week 7! So, flowering has clearly decided to start and things are looking well. I managed to correct the deficiencies with Sensi CalMag Xtra and she seems to be loving it. I guess we all make mistakes on our first grow but I’m enjoying all of the learning so far. She was in a terrible state a week ago and I thought I was potentially going to lose her. Still, she powered through and here we are. Nothing much to report, I’ll just get some nice shots of bud sites when she fattens up a bit more as we go through. Peace brothers and sisters ✌️ Update 06/07: Took away quite a few leaves which were not providing much value (IMO) and she’s loved it, proper perked up and reaching high for the light. good plants for hydro grows they dont stretch too much, buds need support because of the weight at the end. i run in a little calmag issue because i went overboard with the bloombooster around week 5. this caused a lockout top leaves got effected by this other then that i had a huge yield.
