End of week 4 marking around the half way point as both strains both have 8-9 week flower periods. Runtz Muffin #1 already looks like it's going to have more of a longer airy bud structure compared to the others

All plants Chopped except 1. Drying and curing then will post a review. Day 3 drying daytime aprox 22-23°C with 48-52% RH% and nighttime 18°C-20°C 57-62%RH

Plucked a few more leaves but other than that just feed them this week including bloom. Also gave them some rice starch (from boiled rice water collection) on day 42 as a boost for the microbes 👍 Turned the IR off now and turned up to 34000lux

Entering week 10 and she is still pretty fluffy pistils wise. Gradually fattening up and looks like she has a good two weeks left. Seeds developing nice. Noticed the pollinated bud produced trichome's shortly after being pollinated, quicker then the surrounding buds. Waiting for the other buds to ripen up. They are still filling in and getting bigger. Still easy couple weeks out.

End of the third week of the stretch and they certain out did stretch indeed😳. Had to crop over the tallest female - she just stretched wayyy too much and that’s gonna go against her in the rankings when we draw out our seed on each plant. The first male has dropped fully and the others are another 1-2 days out from harvest. We’ll collect all that pollen and store it for future use if it’s needed. The plants are all showing both similarities and differences - there’s an even distribution of sativa and indica leaning phenos which suggests that there is def. Some variability in terms of traits for this F1 generation. Exactly what we were looking for as we pare this down to the second filial generation. On the overall growth - absolutely no issues at all with nutritional deficiencies which is a welcome change of pace. The last while we’ve been growing some strains that have shown very odd reactions to nute changes and I suspect this is a result of certain strains simply being bred out too far. Hard to say but the radar is definitely up with the well known breeders right now. We have some real winner pheno clones that we’ve rooted and will be flowering out once we get this tent cleaned up and free of pollen. All told, the run is progressing much better than anticipated and with the rate of turnover through transition, I’m happy to say that there isn’t any one plant I won’t consider test running on the next cycle. We did have some og auto genetics in the tent for pollination as well but that plant is looking like a bit of a mutant. Not sure if we’ll even bother with testing it at this point but you never know. Expect a harvest update on the males as we move in to the flowering side of the grow and then it’s just waiting around for seed👍. Alls well for now. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Sidenote : Being that it's my first autoflower and being a spong and learning, I am impressed so far at the stage growths however a little surprised at NL 2 showing Pre-flowers already on day 21 ,and NL 1 decided to show her pre-flowers on day 26 , super happy with the grow so far, Truly Love it !!!!!!!

This strain must be exclusive to this parts of the world let alone this country, besides my mentor or people we know separately only a handful of us are aware of this strain’s existence. It has been a couple of years, matter of fact the last time I heard or smoked this strain was during the lockdown days of COVIVI, I should kiss myself on the forehead for collecting this strain’s seeds. I would be lying if I gave you a run down of what to expect… I don’t even remember it’s scent nor how the bud looks like. Though I am loving how the seedling is loving the grow medium, but to better legitimise my growing skills in future I must just get seeds from reputable breeders, knowing myself, I will be a bee when it comes to selecting strains, I’ll probably get myself these reddish strains from sweet seeds or purple strains from sensi seeds. Looking forward to tackling hurdles of growing this strain.

🌱 Runtz - Week 4 of Flowering 🌱 This week, Runtz has finally started frosting up nicely, which is an exciting sight!❄️ Seeing the trichomes develop gives me a lot of confidence that we're heading in the right direction. Overall, everything went smoothly this week, with no major issues. The plant is strong, healthy, and ready to enter the best phase of flowering – the second half! From now on, it's all about stacking those buds and pushing for maximum resin production. Bit late posting this but the pictures are from D70, with work I didn’t have time until now. They’re still filling out the room ever so slightly. The girl at the front is suffering from light stress even though she’s the shortest, I have dimmed the light above her down to 70%. Out of all the the plants she has been the most difficult to manage from the start and has the smallest root mass. The other plants seem to be handling 100% with no issues. I have to say, at this stage of the grow, they do smell nicer than Strawberry Lemonade, very sweet and perfume like, harder to grow it seems but I am looking forward to trying her in August! Hello Diary. The first week of flowering is over, so I started photographing more detailed plants and I will now start photographing on a black background as well, since they are much more interesting and beautiful now. 😍 As seen in the photos, Haze has grown quite large in the first 30 days. It has reached a height of 93 cm which is close to the limit my farm can handle. Given the height of the Box of 180 cm and the distance from the light should be 35 cm, the height of plants up to 110 cm is the maximum acceptability. I hope Haze Berry stops before he reaches those 110cm. 😏 My plan is to do defoliation in a day or two. Watering has become quite difficult due to the amount of leaves and branches but I think it will come in handy to aerate them anyway. The flowers are developing nicely and there are many of them, Haze looks like some weird Christmas tree. 😇 I still add BioBizz as scheduled for the current week and add CalMag but only preventively in a smaller dose. Watering is on average every two to three days. The second Haze (which didn’t sprout on the first try, so is now a week late), I put in the middle and placed a pot underneath to bring it closer to the light. I am satisfied with how the plants are developing, they have good conditions and I think they are enjoying my "Little Farm". 😎 Let’s take a look at what happened this week. 17/10/2020 - Day 24. Watering and changing the light. I added BioBizz according to the schedule for the first week of flowering, I replaced Fish-Mix with Bio-Grow. I still add 1.5 ml / lit of CalMag for prevention. p.H. I dropped to 6.5 with Plagron’s Lemon Kick. After watering I changed the light mode to 20/4. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.2 degrees and 41% humidity. 20/10/2020 - Day 27. Watering. Same procedure as three days ago. p.H - 6.5 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.2 degrees and 43% humidity. 21/10/2020 - Day 28. Photographing and measuring plant height. Since the beginning of flowering, the motives for painting have doubled :), so the number of photos has increased. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 45% humidity. Genética: Regular trabajo de breeding de Terpyz 👨‍⚖️Conclusión: Una cepa a probar en otras condiciones. No resistente. Pero perfil terpenico kush muy apreciado!

Приветствую, коллеги! 💚💛❤️ В этот раз я захотел вырастить сативадоминирующий сорт, Strawberry Cream от SumoSeeds как раз подходит: "Прямо из района Эр-Риф Марокко, эксклюзивный гибрид Goji Haze с Strawberry Haze, знаменитой фруктовой сативой от Арьена из GHS. При курении этой красотки будет замечен приятный сладковатый аромат клубники." Звучит интригующе.😏 Теперь пару слов о проращивании: обычно после замачивания в стакане воды(RO water), я проращиваю семечки во влажных ватных дисках и зип-пакете(так мне легче контролировать нужную влажность). Но при этом способе нужно следить за корнем, есть риск вростания в ватный диск, что и случилось с одной из семечек. В этом случае извлекать семечку нужно предельно аккуратно(см. видео). Видимо в следующий раз я попробую менее рискованный способ проращивания. Ах да, перед стаканом с водой я слегка подпилил семечки по острой грани маникюрной пилочкой. Итого: 23.01(вечер) поместил в стакан с водой 24.01(утро) поместил в диски 25.01(утро) появились корни 25.01(вечер) корни ≈1см. посадил в кокос 26.01(вечер) взошли На всякий случай отметим, что чуть позже взошла растишка из правой(на фото) семечки, и она же была заметно крупнее. Кокос(уже с перлитом, спасибо линейке Plagron) я зарядил слабеньким компотом(A+B-2, B52-1, CalMag - 0.5 pH5.9 ppm514), полетели! Спасибо, что заглянули, и будьте здоровы! 🙏 Продолжение следует ...😶

12/22/21 - The plants look great! We have taken some fan leaves off. Keeping the airflow moving to avoid any powdery mildew. We are going to make topical salve with trim and popcorn nugs. We usually make butter for edibles but we’ll try something new. 12/23/21 - They look really good. Today we have fresh water for a semi flush. We will begin with nutrients and then flush 10 days before harvest. 12/24/21 - The humidity is finally on our side, ranging between 40-50%. We are very happy and excited as the buds continue to grow! 12/25/21 - Merry Christmas! The plants look great! Lots of neat colors in there. Each strain is showing off its own color. Check out todays pictures. 12/26/21 - They look really good today. Humidity is at 45%. Harvest is coming up pretty quick and we are excited. 12/27/21 - Looking good today. Just feeding them and letting them flower away. The buds are getting pretty big and dense. 12/28/21 - They look insane. Going to feed them the last of the nutrients listed above and next week start plain water/flush until harvest. Check out the two videos above!
