Last days

Not actually much to report here! Some slight bleaching to the main colas and clearly the leaves are being sucked dry of thier nutrients despite my feeding. Clear indication of her finishing up now, slowly the frost is appearing and the stank Fast Buds warns us all about is very much apparent! 😁 a beautiful smell to be welcomed to when ever I’m inspecting! I’ll give her water after her final feed today of nutrients, next week should be harvest week looking at the trichomes current maturity and pace of development. Day 49 and moving along. Wanting to run these 21 more days max, the Jedi cookies I think I can take to that point but one of the CBD crack might be done sooner. Other than that things are chill, wanting to see some bud growth this week.

Genetically the strain grows in Colombia / Brazil / Afghanistan demonstrating resistance to imperfect conditions and a strong immunity to moderate temperature shifts. No expressed vulnerability to fungi or mold has been noticed with Auto AK-47 XL. I will put this strain on the real environmental test. I’ve changed the grow from inside to outside so hopefully the statistics reflect the change. Last week AK-47XL topped herself and she now shows 3 tops. Any further training will be LST and defoliation to see what happens on her own. The three plants are doing well. Fat Banana with topping has recovered strongly and continues to grow. Fat Banana without topping is unstoppable. A little defoliation applied. Original sensible seeds Girl scout coookies 27th Jan 2020 No preflowers on her that I can spot , but she is starting to stretch a little. She is a funny structured plant . Has long branches but doesn't seem to have a lot of foliar coverage. It almost has a skeletonal look to it . But if those branches form into buds I dont really care how she looks to be honest. Stem rubbing releases a very pungeant aroma that gives me hope of some Good Shit coming . This week I decided to give her the same cup full of Bud and bloom soil amendment as the already flowering girls received as I'm sure it won't be too far behind them. I also gave her some of the High tea i brewed up for 24hours. Checked Ph with the bluelab soil probe and it's still sitting on 6.5 so no worries there. The grow is coming along nicely I had a couple issues with fungus gnats but I got that under wraps if anyone has any issues at all with fungus gnats I'm telling you get yourself some big time exterminator and you will not have any further issues I have tried everything under the sun and this is what I have landed on the best of the best as far as I'm concerned I'll never buy another brand this was allso the only brand that didn't kill all my beneficials

WEEK 11 (Day 71-77) I harvested all my Dos-si-dos on Day 73. The plants remained very small and compact, which was partly intentional. The pot volume was set quite low, which I wasn't entirely happy with. Splitting the pots also turned out to be less practical, as the plants ended up too close together. Despite that, the harvest turned out quite respectable. Visually, I really like it the dark tone and the many trichomes make for a fantastic look. The aroma is also quite special. First and foremost, I find it has a strong, sweet note in its scent. As for the cultivation, the Dos-si-dos were very easy to care for and handled all training exceptionally well. Due to the short distance between the shoots, I might even recommend LST or just a single, simple topping. I fertilized almost exclusively organically, except that I added a bit of Plagron Green Sensation during the flowering phase. I continuously defoliated well to ensure good air circulation, which worked quite well. In the last two weeks, I kept the lights on for 24 hours straight to avoid fluctuations in temperature and humidity. By the end, I settled at a DLI of around 60—it was a bit more than desired but still worked fine. In the last week, I only watered with plain water and dimmed the lights a bit. Some of the tips developed a purplish hue. The buds appear very firm and voluminous, sparkling thanks to the dense, white layer of trichomes. I would absolutely grow this strain again since it has a truly great and robust growth pattern, though next time, I would choose larger pots. I'm now drying my harvest at around 60% RH and 21°C until the smaller stems become brittle, then I'll store them in my hygrometer jars for curing. I'm satisfied with the yield as well. Based on my calculations, I reached about 400g/m². A good result for such small bonsai-like plants. For small grow spaces, this strain is really perfect. I've never grown such small yet productive plants before, and I found it to be a great change of pace. A huge thank you to Zamnesia for the support—it was, as always, an honor.

Day 50 - Starting week 8 today and she’s looking beautiful. She definitely not as big as I was expecting but she’s really starting to fatten up, looking and smelling amazing. Can’t wait for these last couple weeks for her to finish and chop her. Day 51 - All is looking good and hoping by the end of week 10 she’ll be ready or close to ready for chopping. Starting to get milky trichomes but still quite a few clear. The next couple weeks are gonna be fun to watch her fatten up more. Day 52 - She definitely looking good and getting a lot of milky trichs but there’s still a bit of time before she’s ready to chop, at least that’s what I’m thinking. Might do a split harvest if she calls for it but hoping she’ll be ready by week 10 or 11 at the latest. Just need her to fatten up a bit in the middle. Day 53 - Gave her a feeding of water today and continuing to watch her fatten each day. She’s starting to get really frosty and smelly and I’m loving it! Excited for the last few weeks. Day 54 - All is looking good still and it’s like this girl is almost turning into one big giant frosty bud and couldn’t be happier with how easy she’s been to grow so far. Right now she’s almost 100% milky trichs and looks like she still has a little more time to go still. I’m going for a little more couch lock so need those ambers to start showing up. Day 55 - All is looking good still, just watching her fatten up everyday. Day 56 - Last day of week 8 and she’s smelling sooo sweet and getting frostier everyday. Thinking about just giving her pH’d water from here on out. I’m guessing another week or two and she should be finishing up but just gonna continue watching trichs. Waiting for them to start turning amber. Still a few clear in there but not many, mostly all cloudy now.

Pure Ice cream clone is very top heavy. She fills the whole tent. She has a good strong smell. Looking frosty, and just eating, and drinking everything I throw at her. Shishkaberry #3 took about 3 days to take down and trim. So much work! Started pulling some of the Tangcicle and Shishkaberry #2 and #4 on 10/14. Found some bud rot on most of the larger colas on #2 and #4. Sucks, but I think I was able to isolate and remove the majority of it. Lost a lot of primo flower tho. Tropicanna Banana getting much closer. Showing lots of purple with the cold night temperatures.
