Keep in mind this is experimental you might know a supplements brand "Botanicare" they got a product name"Sweet" mentioned it can make your bud smell more fruity even a plants genetic were not designed to smell like that. After spent time digging down to the ingredients I found it consists of water, Epsom salt, and unknow scent agent. Then I did the test with native plants with Amyl acetate to prove esters might be the answer by adding it along watering in low concentration and the result appeared in 2 weeks. 50% of the scent profile had changed, proved my hypothesis.
