@Swanberg, it was pretty much an 8 week flower... could have run more but the buds were telling me they were ready. Milky trychomes etc. But the smell of these buds.... not the most potent, but the flavour and aroma is a joy... definitely not a skunky flavour would you agree? When you end up trying it, let me know...

@Swanberg, hard to say, I do think autos prefer 18/6 at least. Might have got a bigger yield if that was the case. It ended up taking 14 weeks to finish, 1 week to dry. I grew both together as I was running out of auto seeds and needed the tent filled. Only had some photos seeds left. Now I always order extras... :)

@BigDaddyK, Speaking of buckets designed to spec. My next buckets are custom 20L, with 3 x air stones per bucket. Grow shop keeps telling me it's too much... For every 2 plants a Hailea ACO318. (70L per minute) maybe too much? What's your opinion on air ratio? Inside hydro has similar setup and very good results. I just need the Bluelab PH Gaurdian!!! It's a battle with the wife these days to buy expensive gear... She does smoke at least which helps me to do what I do... ;)

@BigDaddyK, that's the thing with DWC, not much content compared with other growing methods. Been having trouble getting the right info online, especially problem solving with DWC. Normally try to ask all you pro's whenever I get the chance. I reckon you have a point with the probes, mine are filthy now that I think of it.... Will UV sterilize them. What's your opinion on mycorrhizae? Is it worth it in your opinion?

@BigDaddyK, at this stage every 3 to 4 days, because I swear if I leave it more with the way the roots were it wasn't good. (Root rot recovery) Normally its every 5 to 7 days, with water exchanges in between depending on a few factors. There's this guy on youtube, search for inside hydro. I know your a super respected grower, inside hydro gave me so many tips for DWC. One particular episode was excellent with bucket weight/and nutrient uptake, and recording your info for future feedings so you get the nutient uptake down right. As mentioned to you before I'm learning DWC and trying to get it down. I'm planning to replace this as my only method from now on. I might be asking you more questions from time to time. ;)
