Hi @shomuteao! Your plant should be way taller at this stage, she's late because of bad conditions so I wouldn't add any stress for now. My guess is that she's suffering from lack of light/sun, so try to maximize its sun hours by bringing her to the sunniest place you can find and do not hurt that baby until she's strong enough to handle stress.
