@phineas, no worries buddy! Yeah It’s not good to be to hard on them. If you stunt them they will be small. They need like a week of recovery is they get stunted. So train them a lot but gentle. Some strains like training better then others to. Some strains don’t want high stress training while others love it. So you need to read a lot about a strain or try it out plenty of times to learn to grow each strain.

@Legendaryseedthumb, Thank you so much buddy! I'm generally training my plants every day, but I'll give them some time to stretch. And again, thanks a lot.

@phineas, if you stress your plant she will stop stretch for some days. So train your plant then let her stretch a bit until you almost filled the whole tent. Then you put them into flower and let them stretch a little bit more to fill out the tent 100%. Doesn’t really matter if they are high och short, the thing is that you want to maximize the space as much as you can. Indoor growing is better to grow horizontally to keep the canopy even, then all of the plants will get the same amount of light. I’m having some trouble with that because I usually grow many different strains at the same time. But I’m still learning myself. And i seem to do better each run :) you will do fine, don’t be afraid to do wrong or you won’t learn

@phineas, thanks so much my friend! Well everything is about genetics, some strains tend to stretch much more than others. Indicas are more bushy than sativas. Sativas stretch more in general. Then it’s about the height of the lamp. If your lamp is far away they like to stretch more then if it’s very close. But if it’s far away you need the intensity to be stronger and that’s not benefits the economical part of growing so I recommend having your lamp like medium height all grow and change the intensity when they get older. I recommend at least 150w/led for 1-3 plants in flowering. Full spectrum. I keep my lamp pretty close when they are sticklings so they don’t stretch to much to early.

@Legendaryseedthumb, your diaries are sick! Congrats. I'm pretty new to growing, that's my 2nd grow ever. Do you think you can help me a little bit? I'm in doubt why all my plants are so bushy, do you think this can be too much light maybe? I saw your diaries and around week three the stems are much longer. Not sure if this can be negative. Maybe she will stretch on the next weeks during pre flower?
