The y look healy, but to answer your question about the burnt leaves. I had been using neem oil for years inside and out but one day outside I sprayed in the middle of the day and a couple days later half of them were like you said. A week or so later, not realizing it was the neem oil I sprayed inside grow before I left that morning and half the room burnt.come to find out the uv light if all the stars line up it will burn them. I stopped using it unless I use it a couple hours before light comes on. I hope it helps
