@Roberts, im gonna use biobizz all-mix soil , i think its good for starters that don't wanna mix their own perlite etc. , By proper runoff what do you exactly mean ? As far as i know with fabric pots runoff will run below , besides PH meter am i gonna need ppm too if i go all biobizz nutrients + soil

@fitinha, Around 7-9 Liters should be fine , Also you can lower your light closer like 70cm for seedlings
