What a wonderful grow! And as always, a chance to learn something new. Here my two lessons this time: 1. Photoperiodic plants are really nice for topping and high stress training. But since my tent is so small I can't fully take advantage of that. My 11 liter pots work really well in my tiny tent with 2 plants, so even without much training, I hit a yield ceiling easily - all of my harvests had similar yields. But I love the control you get and having the ability to top the plants is amazing for an even canopy! Automatics sure are faster though, the non-stop 18h of light make a big difference! 2. I also tested germination plugs this time. These plugs are way more space efficient than having another huge bag of soil lying around. But I'm not a huge fan of these ultra compressed coco discs. Next time I'm going to try Eazy Plugs or something else less compacted. --- My next grow will start in January. In the meantime I'm going to figure out my new 24/7 livestreaming setup. The goal is to have Ubuntu Desktop with OBS and Home Assistant OS running as VMs on a Proxmox server - all on a tiny PC. I'm also planning to try out the DryFerm FermBags for drying next time. Looks like a really promising product, especially when you don't have a dedicated drying tent. --- See you next time!
