@CRiSPrGrow, hi. Thanks for the response. I know what the spots are. It’s the over watering I was looking for help with. There is only 1 out of 7 with the spots. But I would say they all have slow growth for 14 days. I’m wondering if they will bounce back from the overwatering if I leave then to dry out a bit?

@Komar85 if your using a mars hydro then you can find the information for distances and power on their website. Best way to go my friend

@Foxtrotoscar,cheers good advice with pots so u start 100% power from beginning or u change this ? I looked other u projects quiet impresive

@Komar85, 1 lamp(mars hydro ts1000) is more than enough for 1 auto flower if you have it in a 12 litre pot. But either raise the lamp or turn it down when they are seedlings. I rekon you could fit 4 auto flowers in 12 litre pots under a TS1000 and produce a decent yield
