Cute cat. Also unrelated to growing, but I notice your lanula on your thumb. It's that half moon thing. Has it always been that big and white? I remember reading about changes in size and color to that can be problematic.

I had a similar problem around week 5 on my last grow. I never found out why. I think for me it had to do with the relationship between phosphorus and magnesium. Around week 5, I started cutting out the grow nutrients based on the feeding schedule. I think that decreased the magnesium enough. And with the increased P I started getting a lockout.
