Looks good for your first try. Buds deffinately look like they are suffering from lack of light intensity. That low of wattage try to get them nice and close. Get a PAR meter and thermal temp gun to help read your plant tops and help you maximize your lights potential. This late in flower start widening your temp gap between lights on and lights off. It will help send extra energy into the budding process and resin production. Keep up the good work
