since I use a dimmer, I start with 40% (~98W) of the total power for the seedling phase, during the vegetative phase,
I increase it to 60%(~147W). When I switch the light phase to 12/12, I change it to 100%(~245W) power,
at the end of flowering, I reduce it again to 80%(~196W).
In addition, I use the fade setting for the entire grow.
