@UnorthadoxDude, I don't think so personally, and I dont just because of the lambs bread. She has been growing in a solo cup with just 50/50 coco and perlite for about 5 weeks, and I have been feeding that one too without deficiencies. I mean it could always be the case, I'm gonna check my pH today just to be sure, my pH pen has been acting weird lately
@UnorthadoxDude, it is a micro, grow and bloom which is used for hydro and coco, I also used these in soil but they seem to work a lot more efficient now that I grow in coco. I follow a chart for the ratios and never had severe burn or deficiencies
@BigBerias, which terra nutrient specifically? is it specifically for coco?
I personally give water only eveyr fourth fertigation - so 3 x nutrients watering then only PH water (plus calmag).
@BigBerias, I understand, I know a lot of people struggle to get to grips with growing it in the first place. It can be tricky. You definitely learn more by trying and failing than by research though. Hopefully you can replicate this success again!
@UnorthadoxDude, same thing here bro, I am amazed on how flawless it has been so far. I used to over water a lot hence the seedlings I have killed over time :/, but I haven't had a single fail with coco so far, they all make it to the end! Now I just have to fix them staying so small, I will try watering more and see how they do. Oh and maybe this is important to know but I mix in 1/4 of worm castings after the seedling stage, this will affect the drainage, but not much I reckon
@UnorthadoxDude, thanks for the reply! My light is giving around 500-550 ppfd, and I am using a 3part bottle Nutrient from terra Aquatica. I also add in some calmag and Epsom salt. If I have to water again after the feed, I will give regular pH water with both Epsom salt and calmag. So basically I alternate between feed and no feed, this has been keeping her happy so far. And by now I give close to 1L every time
@UnorthadoxDude, this was my first documented grow, since it was the first good one haha. I have been growing for 3 years, in the beginning I killed most of my seeds, and those who survived only grew to the early flower stage, then died because of pH issues... All the issues are fixed now, I am learning new things with every run, but to me the plants still seem small, I feel like I got lucky with these 2
