If it's true that you use 10ML/L of all 3 General Hydroponics Flora Series then your EC would be way higher than 2... :P

@Catmicas29, just remember to spray them before the lights turns off, and don't make to strong blend because it _could_ burn them if they're exposed to very strong light and strong blend of neem oil directly after! :)

Could also most likely be very small 2-3mm thrips that is causing the spots. Edit: either way, buy organic cold pressed Neem Oil and spray them 2 times and they'll be gone.
