Look on the underside of the leaf see if there is any larve

It looks like it could be thrips with the damages caused there a insect/pest ask at your local store they should be able to sort it I would remove the lower and damaged growth this will stop pests attacking your plant hope this helps budd

A bit small not too bad I would advise lowering the light it says 20cm but looks a lot higher....led looks better I didn't see this at first
