@yan402, The main lesson was, that the pH is important for Living Soil, despite Influencer-/Bro science keep saying otherwise. But now I know more about pH and the microbial activity and how that all shifts nutrient availability and uptake.
Also, I learned that my watering schedule and amount is waaaay too conservative, which means the water rarely reaches the bottom third of the pot and thus the plants don't grow deep roots and don't grow as tall as they could and subsequently don't yield the amounts they should.
