The dry parts are infected by botrytis. Cut and trash these parts while it's raining so spores don't spread much further. Spray with 1% H2O2 solution if you have it.

This strain took LST very well. Like any other strain pest invasion is inevitable but nothing some spray couldn't get rid off as it relates to aphids which started sucking the step after week 3 she bounced back to pure veg.
