in nature it can get 80-90 % in the night, (have the same problem with 22°/85% in the night - but 27-29° + fans dry the chamber during the day down to 55%. i have read that a small heater fan in the night in front of the chamber could help - which i will try next. ). Your plants look fine. Nothing to worry.
