Seedling stunted growthI've planted this seed on the 25th of February, so almost a month ago and this seedling hasn't grown since the first week she popped out and grew her cotyledon leaves... I'm attaching two pictures. One is the stunted seedling and the other is a newly planted seedling. (4 day old)

ViparSpectra P600's Brightness (What Percentage should I set it to?)I have a Viparspectra P600 and my question is that what percentage should i set my light to? Should i follow the instructions or set it higher than it should be? I read some people are setting it to a 100% from the beginning and they keep it that way. Any recommendations?
