Yellowing leaves Hi guys my ladies it is 3 weeks old i have noticed yellow spot on leaves , i give them watter once per week , last feeding was 400 tds with 6.3 ph , any idea and advice what can be the problem and how to solve it :)

Thay are 8 days old around they look healthly but have litle bit yellowing spot on starting leaves ...Hi,My ladyes is 8 days old seems they are good for now , i have noticed litle bit yellowing on leaves as u see,and the one it is litle bit slower with red stem,no idea why and from what,Growing in Lightmix Biobizz and i am about to transplant them in airpot in 2,3 days,opinion?
