Strange clear spots on seedlings leavesMy two seedlings are showing this strange clear spots, I can't figure out on my searchings.

Should I reuse the coco of this two stunt seedlings?I think maybe I should discard these two seedlings, they seem very stunted for 7 days.
Im going to sprout two more seeds, should I discard the coco soil of these two stunted seedlings in order to avoid some disease/funghi? Or is safe to reuse them?

Those white pistils are due to the foxtailing, so is not a good metric.

Is my plant showing signs of Nitrogen deficiency?Autoflower, day 40. Most leaves are in a yellowish-green tone or even completely yellow. I was mistakenly watering it with tap water, but when I noticed the yellowing, 1 week ago, I started watering with mineral water at pH 6.49.

Please help me with stunt seedlingsHaving trouble with two of four plants, growth stunted, no new growth in 2 days. #1 and #2 thriving, #3 and #4 stunted. Can they recover? Using 100% coco medium in 1gal fabric pots, watered with 200ml pH 6.0 water on 02/21 and 02/22. Each plant gets 300 PPFD in 18/6 schedule.

Lower fan leaves turning yellow and necrotizingAutoflower, day 42, organic soil. I've noticed that the lower leaves, mostly fan leaves are turning to a yellowish-green tone and even some necrotizing spots and tips. Some deficiency? A expected behavior at this stage of plant's life?
