By then I’m giving each solo cups until about 100-125ml. At this point when you transplant make sure the solo cup soil is dry when your transplant the. If bottom of the pot is wet dry it off and put it on.a towel til it isn't soaked, assuming you drowned it. Can't say for sure though

She'll be okay dude. Maybe just a little overwatered. Sometimes my plants droop right after watering. Beings its just baby maybe the water splashed it a little too hard and stressed it slightly. Post back in a day if still looking rough
