Hi, ich würde mit ein wenig Erde auffüllen und den Zahnstocher entfernen weil er schimmeln kann. Nach ein paar tagen sollte sie sich erholen. Viel Erfolg beim Grow

1 only water plants when soil is really dry 2 only water plants when the lights turn off or 5-10min b4 lights go off never in the middle of the day. 3 it’s better to let the plant sag over dying from no water and wait till lights out to water. Don’t get neverous under watered plant will bounce back in 1 hour after watering if done at lights out. An over watered plant can take 7-14 days to bounce back I suggest you lower light intensity just a bit for the day You will see the plant sag over for a few days. After a few days the plant will look good for a few days this is when u ramp light back up. Then make sure not to water again till soil is dry and plant shows slight signs of under water stress. Water plant at the end of the day even if the plant shows signs of under water when the light 1st comes on for the day. I promise the plant will make it to lights out time I like to start seedling sun solo cups just so you don’t over water. A slop cup dries out much faster. I will give plants 50-75ml of water per watering in solo cup at start. Leave plants in solo cups until they are needing watered every other day. By then I’m giving each solo cups until about 100-125ml. At this point when you transplant make sure the solo cup soil is dry when your transplant the. Water the pot make sure to water from the edges trying to keep the center the soil not soaking wet, you can completely wet the soil just don’t pour directly in the center where the plant is When u transfer I like todo it about 2 hours b4 lights out. The. For 2 hours I will stick my plants in front of a window so not give direct sunlight. Even the ambient light in a room is fine. Just keep the plant in a room with light for 2 hours b4 lights out but don’t put them back under Th grow light for those 2 hours just ambient room light or indirect sunlight thru a window less than 50umols When you water plants correctly 3-4 times in a row that’s when they start to really get some vigor going

Bring your light a little closer, that will stop her stretching so much and bury the stem under some soil.

She'll be okay dude. Maybe just a little overwatered. Sometimes my plants droop right after watering. Beings its just baby maybe the water splashed it a little too hard and stressed it slightly. Post back in a day if still looking rough
