What is causing my gopher glue plant to have this yellow green hue in the leaves.

Your photo doesn't really show any yellowing. If anything I would say she's getting too much nitrogen but not in concerning/dangerous amounts, just keep an eye, maybe back of the nutrients, or at least lower then for a bit
