Odd Buds. Does anyone recognize this ?

Their overall growth seems hindered. They don’t develop long white hairs but rather short brown ones. Also,they don’t seem to develop trichomes. I am running the same setup as last time, where I did not observe these problems. I am using inorganic fertilizer. More details: Diary

Like the others have mentioned, it's most likely too much light. You need to raise those lamps or dim them, they're too intense!

Bleaching from light.. too intense. Any symptoms at top are potentially caused by this too, but you won't know for sure until you correct it. Some damage won't heal. Plants also look too lush / overfed below. So, more than 1 thing going on is very likely.

Over fed with to much light has microwaved the hell out of the top of your plants mate. The Damage is done there. A good flush and lower (less) your lights for now. Good luck

Looks like a partial reveg or light stress those short brown hairs and weird bud formation usually happen when the light schedule gets interrupted or they receive some stress in early flower. Check for light leaks or timers, and make sure they get consistent dark periods. They should bounce back with time
