foliage is fairly lush... lockout is definitely possible, too. locking out k or maybe too much p/k can also show similar symptoms. Leaf symptoms are not discrete. You need to eliminate possiblities through cross-reference of all the info you have access to.

Looks like a potassium deficiency, You can tell from the brown edges and spots on the older fan leaves. Double check your pH first (too high or low can block uptake), and if that’s fine, try boosting potassium slightly maybe add a bit of bloom nutes or a PK booster.
