Can I change the name of a Diary, I have a spelling error ?

Open the diary you want to edit.
Click Settings in the top right
Edit the name.
It may not update the URL if it has the name in it vs numbers and in order to fix that you might need to recreate the whole diary and delete the old one. If it allows it. Sometimes GD does weird shit.
