3rd week and still haven’t gotten the first true leafs

This looks like a huuuge pot for the small plant. - which makes it hard to hit the right amount of wetness around the plant. The soil looks a bit dry- cirlce watering Leafs are also a bit yellowish.- a bit too dry on the air too much light ? Best to start with a "dome" -a plastic bottle or something a yoghurt cup. Shoot for RH above 70% for week 1. - Ease them into the 65% after right now 50% is definelty too low for the young ones, they don't have roots to get the water they need to grow. I had one auto same age same size inside my 3g pot. Nothing happened she stayed that way. Does not mean yours has to be the same. Give her time, but def give her more moisture.

I already saw that on autos, caused by less light and to much water so roots dont grow properly and cause of less light not much photosynthesis happens or just stress cause of "fking around" with the seedling the problem with autos, you already lost veg time once there stunned and you need to find the cause of the issue and correct it as fast as possible

Your diary was created 17hrs ago and states it was planted on the 30th of September. But when did the seeds break the surface of the soil? They are small and not growing. Makes me wonder if they have any nutrients in the medium or if they are just bunk. They look to be in a mix of what I think is Peat and perlite and if its not fortified their is little to no nutrition in there. You also have them sitting on the outside of a window sill when the window closed when they are bigger they can easily be blown off. This happened to be on my deck with a big ass plant. Not likely to enter bloom just yet, but they might not be all that big before they do enter given the time they have been idling. Confirm what your mediums composition is, and if it needs food. Looks about 2-4 days above ground and not stunted, so something seems fishy for sure. use size-appropriate pots. potting up does not stunt plants, that's a myth or an outcome for someone that is very bad at the hobby of gardening. Correct irrigation issues, or review porper procedures and reflect on what you've done and if that's a contributing factor. Plant looks too healthy to have been treated poorly for 3 weeks, so i'm not even sure if this is a genuine grow question. shady shit happens on GD.

Hot beating sun or even a overcast breezy day would dry that top couple of inches really fast, possible between gravity and evaporation the plant is struggling to find water. Transpiration can only pull water from there the seedling can reach if it's 1 inch above the soil it's no more than a inch deep. The high rim of the pot compared to soil is also not ideal in that it creates a small zone of higher rh%. Everyone loves to think that a seedling needs 80% but what it really needs more is carbon and oxygen not have 80% of its airspace filled with water, plants breathe not swim.
