Presenting as immobile, tips yellow, I see what looks like wind burn, some leaves look to be altering shape but I'm not sure, possible there is too much airflow going on too.
Iron is the most likely cause for new, light green growth with yellow on the margins because iron is immobile. Pottasium can also cause yellowing in the margins, though it's more common on older leaves being mobile.
Possibly iron linked to high pH levels, excessive watering screwing the medium, or too much phosphorus.
