you are looking at an older preflower -- that's probably why the hair turned color.
If you don't believe me, pluck off that one calyx , get a razor blade and your trichome scope -- slice it open and look inside.
pollen can reach any crevice, of course, but it won't reach the most shieled pistil of the bunch first... or at least very unlikely. You'd see brown pistils in more easily reached locations long before a shielded calyx.
You are probably fine and no problem exists. you'd see male sex organs, too... pollen doesn't manifest out of the ether. Give a good look over your plant and feel more confident about it.
