I have four days left before heavy raining starts and already had a bud with bud rot. The pistils are still mainly green. Trichomes are looking cloudy. Harvest or not?

Your plant have about a month left yet. Harvesting now would be a massive loss in yields. This problem, the heavy rains, is exactly why I do not grow photoperiods outdoors in my region as the time they finish is when my area gets cold and rains and the plants just get fucked with WPM and Bug Rot. Next year, do autos outside, they finish before season turns to shit. Right now, you can try and shelter the plant a bit making a makeshift shelter out of thick clear plastic and some wooden steaks but the RH is still going to be high. If you make this thing. angle it down on side so the water does not pool in the middle and makes a birdbath. Or after every rain, go out and shake the plant to get as much water off of it as possible so it can dry faster and prevents rot. One last thing. the cloeup pic you have show just the tips of a bunch of pistils browned. This can be indicative of pollination or mishandling. Maybe check your plants over for some balls, could have hermied on you, or maybe a neighbor is also growing and one of their hermied. Cannabis pollen can carry in the wind or by bugs "rare" once a sick bee was chilling in my weed plant but they are not normally frequented by pollinators, just pests like aphids and thrips.

you already had bud rot and heavy rain is coming, I’d definitely harvest now. The trichomes look mostly cloudy, so you’ll still get good potency and a nice uplifting effect. Leaving it out in the rain risks spreading mold fast, especially on dense buds. Better to lose a few days of ripening than the whole harvest.

That's no where near ready for harvest. If you think it's going to rain, just move the plants near a fence or into a greenhouse or something. If it's very heavy rain, you can always give them a little shake and/or take a hair dryer to them

hey 👋 No, bro, you're two or even three weeks too early... If you can't bring them inside, leave them in a greenhouse and water them very sparingly. If possible, place a few passive dehumidification containers in there, which cost a few dollars each. A small, even battery-powered, fan would also be a good idea.
