Should I wait to defoliate? Just recently topped both plants and I dont wanna shock them again. Think im gonna wait till flower to finally remove whats needed although plant B could use more light on the interior also flushed B from 2869ppm to 966ppm thought i had lockout.

These plants don't need any defoliation, Don't set your self back and lower your potential yield. Leave em be. Just because you can do it, does not mean its needed. 2869ppm on 500 scale is 5.7EC thats crazy high. Always get a bit of runoff with feeds to avoid this.

I’m for the belief it’s better to have one stress even, even if it’s a lil bit more stress, than have two stress events. Defol and top in one event! I bet your plant will surprise you!

removing leaves will make it even more sensitive to any overdose of nutes in the medium, if that is the case. "to defoliate or not..." Article on cocoforcannabis.com -- covers why / why not this isn't an over-crowded canopy. there's no reason to do any defoliation. Now, if you want to remove soem lower axilla (branches) that you know you won't use later in the canopy, that's fine. that's 'pruning' not defoliation
