And this is why I'm a pure advocate for defoliation. With an those fan leaves, leaves perfect condition for pests and mould to thrive and makes it harder to notice any issues before they arise. First thing I'd do, is remove about 50% of the fan leaves. Start with the brown, yellow, damaged leaves, take them outside or in the bath tub and spray the hell out of them to get rid of most the thrips, sprinkle some dimanteous earth on the soil (this is sharp to tiny insects and they won't like crawling or sitting on it). Orange pistols/stamens is just your plant ripening up

If you sprayed during lights on youll get leaf burn. To me it looks like, nutrient burn with light burn but also curled tips are a sign of ridiculously high PH. if you're using water or a made spray it still needs to PH corrected. I suggest you use some Calmag if you haven't because it definitely looks like you're seeing a calmag issue as well.
