Probably wouldn't bother with blackstrap given its higher glucose content. Microbes in the soil consume the sugar and, in the process, draw nitrogen from the soil, which is the same nutrient the plant needs. Glucose is not an oxygen scavenger itself, but it acts as a substrate for the glucose oxidase (GOx) enzyme, effectively removing oxygen from a system. Regular molasses (powdered if you can) soon as she flips to flower or a week before, the wrong form of sugar can delay flower, or worse. Wrong quantity, not great either.

if using fertilizer that relies on microbes breaking things down to be plant avaialable, some small amount migh be helpful. Probably more likely it attracts ants. when it comes to this stuff.. better to have well-formed expectations, then you can have an educated guess comparing results -- though a set of 4 plants or even 10 is not enough to draw super confident conclusions.

Molasses is a great vegan friendly organic plant food. You can add a tablespoon in every watering, increase or to 2 or 3 per gallon when in flower

I have used BSM before and it almost always made the grow messy and bit smelly for indoors. I will use it outside but no longer inside. I agree with the points of adding in fulvic/humic/amino acids from Organoman's point.

Another thing you can do is mix it with some EM1 with water and ferment for a week or to until the pH is 3.5 and you have made Activated EM (effective microbes), this then need to be diluted and your plants will love you forever lol.. Its the Best thing a plant could have, amazing stuff, give it a go and watch the boost they get pal.. Good luck

Din't bother, it is a myth that it does something that creates any sort of benefit/enhancement. Far better to give fulvic/humic/amino acids which actually do something good for the plant and the soil.
