Give it a few more days and you'll see some pistols (or ball clusters)

looks like a femal preflower to me - calyx with 2 hairs popping out. Probably been in flower for 7 days or so, if it is an autoflower. But, 5 weeks is a really long time for vege phase in an autoflower. If no hairs start to develop at terminals. you likely got a mis-labeled photoperiod. Good chance this is a photoperiod, but some autos are "XXL" which just means they have an unusually long vege before they automatically go into flower. in a week or two you can be more confident it is a photoperiod, or you can just start to give it 12/12 light/dark schedule and save yourself the time and trouble. As long as you provide same DLI over 12h it won't impact yield at all.

hey 👋 Honestly, I don't see any signs of hermaphroditism; in fact, it looks like pre-flowering. Six weeks seems like a long time to reach flowering, but it depends on many factors, so there is no need to worry at this stage. In a few days, you should see the pistils appear. If not, there will still be time to worry 😊 enjoy ur grow!
