need more info... Does look really dry on top of medium. could be your climate if that is whacky... Skinny new growth with chlorosis can be a sign of certain nute toxicities, as well as the clawing.... sometimes it's genetics, but when i see leaves with funky progression of fingers and missing blades etc... usually some out-of-balance fertilization going on. Since other symptoms exist, i'd blame the formula applied for what i see.

Severe nitrogen toxicity from feeding too much or too often..........or both. Has nothing to do with calcium or phosphorous deficiencies.

Mobility: Calcium is immobile in the plant, so deficiency symptoms are always seen first in the newest growth. Potassium is mobile, so it first affects older, lower leaves as the plant moves the nutrient to where it's needed most. Guy is a troll. Has 0 knowledge and spats insults around.

Reminds more underwatering, grow medium looks very dry too. Colour good, but nitrogen toxicity has same sign, maybe you feeded her heavily recently ?
