The color change on some leaves could be genetics but there is definitely some dead fan leaves happening. It's fine if the plant looks like this at the very end stage, some prefer it having removed all signs of nutrients and chlorophyll. I found slower drying time after harvest and proper curing make for that good smooth smoke and flavor.. If the sugar leaves are brittle anywhere I would harvest now. My plants are usually done at 8-9 weeks of flower, 12-13 weeks total above soil grow time. I don't count 1st week as a seedling though.
